I'm sure someone else has already said this, but because I'm not reading through 700+ replies to make sure, it's important to make these points clear:

1) Monthly tugboats (SSI+SSDI) pause during incarceration after the first 30 days incarcerated.
2) Monthly tugboards do not resume until CWC files proper paperwork / goes into the social security office and jumps through hoops.

So I'd expect CWC's monthly tugboats to be on indefinite pause, which will definitely inform future developments.

SSI, yes. I've been told SSDI is different, that it carries over. I'm not an expert on this shit, just a fellow autistic tard.

If Chris has to apply again, it may not be so easy with the money people gave him.

If it's a court order while still being an active case then that must mean he's finally being sent to a group home to fulfill the terms of his deferral.

Tugboat is frozen 30 days after conviction. Chris has yet to be convicted, but there is the chance they accidentally turned it off and he would still need to turn it back on. This is covered in the FAQ

If you receive Social Security, we’ll suspend your benefits if you’re convicted of a criminal offense and sentenced to jail or prison for more than 30 continuous days. We can reinstate your benefits starting with the month following the month of your release.

Not convicted. Not sentenced.

nb: Assuming Chris receives SSDI. SSI, however, gets shut off immediately due to it being needs based, and accruing checks would render the need non-existent. The SSA likes to keep the disabled in poverty that way. Eligibility expires for SSI after 12 months consecutive confinement requiring re-application, re-examination, the whole show.

...Or something like that. They word these publications like SHIT.

I saw it. Pointless Sperg said he was leaving of his own volition basically because the troon war didn't sit right with him. No one forced him to go.

Which is stupid as that doesn't happen here any more.
He said he was leaving of his own volition because of the troon war, which was pretty fucking gay, I was responding to the accusation that he said he wanted to date troons. Conflating all the reasons you might want to leave the site during the troon war with wanting to fuck troons is pretty smooth brained.

Not being able to talk about Chris because the site is down most of the time because of daily dilating of stinkditch is a pretty good reason to call it quits, when all you really want to do is talk about Chris. Staying away now that it's over is dumb. Staying away because people disagree with you is really dumb. Agreeing that they should stay away just because they don't agree with you is really fucking dumb.

They must be sending him out of town... probably out of state. It isn't easy to find beds in group homes or large facilities for homeless perverts. He's probably been waiting for an opening all this time, and now he is on a bus for North Dakota or something like that.

I forget what they call it, but I saw a case on YouTube the other day where they did this. If the person behaves in the out of state privately operated "prison light" they can stay there and take their social and psych classes. If they don't behave, they get sent back to prison. Apparently these sorts of halfway facilities are a big business.

It also would make sense to not drop him right back in Ruckersville. There is no one for him there, and he could only get into trouble.

Conviction, not guilty by reason of insanity, incompetent to stand trial, and other things can cause suspension. To my knowledge none of them have been triggered.
