I wonder where the place he's being transported to is. If they create a public record for the transportation, it's likely to be a long way away. I wonder if it's even in Virginia? Shipping him to a retard farm in Idaho to dig up potatoes would certainly keep him from returning to 14 BC.

For all we know Barb is dead and there's no longer any reason to prevent him from returning to 14BC.

Started on this before I learned he’s in a group home and not just standing on the sidewalk homeless.

I wonder if Chris was actually carrying two iPhones when he was arrested. He made a case for two phones, but one was indeed known to have a broken screen.

The case has been updated three times today, and it still says that he's in custody. So either he's been transferred, or VINE is wrong.

I tried to look up Virginia legal code that deals with bails and I couldn't find anything about medical bail:

"Bond" could have just been their computer system's choice for how Chris was transported. Since Chris has the new fangled Autism Deferral, they probably haven't updated their computers for when something like this happens.

Courts use "transport orders" any time they're moving people around. Chris had a few when he was transferred from jails, and to and from the nut house.

The case has been updated three times today, and it still says that he's in custody. So either he's been transferred, or VINE is wrong.

It's probably to some halfway house, but not one in the corrections system. His case still says Active and the date for his August hearing is still there, so most likely, this is the probation period to see what Chris will do, but still in a medical setting where if he fucks up, it's to big boy prison.

Given the fact he is no longer allowed back at 14 Branchland Ct and that his other relatives rejected him (Uncle Tom & Aunt Harriet), he will most likely be sent to that group home ("Gateway Homes").

"Bonded out in an emergency"? Could that mean Chris had a medical situation requiring a real hospital or a family emergency (such as bereavement or hospice for Barb)?

There hasn't been any listings for an emergency bond, either Chris was suspected "too vulnerable" for prison and got released for his safety until they gather more evidence for the case or the court just decided to place Chris under the care of some group home and gave Chris some parole with community service.

It could be different for Chris though since the charge is incest, but there is a chance he might be restricted and if he does go to a group home or be placed in some residential psychiatric hospital then they will most likely monitor all the computers since all computers will shared by other residents and belongs to the company in charge.

That's just a badly constructed sentence advising people who fear for their safety following an offender's release from custody to contact 911 in an emergency.

They've had almost 2 years to gather evidence and build a case against Chris. They're not going to find anything to strengthen their case now.

Call me crazy, but I doubt an internet ban as a result of a court order is anywhere on the table. Maybe from a halfway house, sure, but look at Paul Miller (Gypsy Crusader), whose charge was being a felon in possession of a firearm, upon release there was no stipulation that he couldnt use the internet and as soon as hes out, hes pointing his phone at his halfway house roomies calling them niggers.

Lesser known is the guy who runs the phone losers, Brad Carter, who in 2017 was indicted because a listener shared a Safeway login with him and he ended up calling up customers who had lodged poor reviews and made fun of them, in the form of prank phone calls. Safeway involved the FBI and had Carter indicted, owing over $19,000 in restitution, but because the case was related to hacking, there was no stipulation that Carter was not allowed to make more Frank phone calls, which was how he was able to completely pay off his restitution, via patreon. Carter wasn't even barred from using a computer.

Chris struggle cuddling his mom is probably gonna put him on a registry when they stop giving him fucking continuances, but I doubt they're gonna keep him off the internet; that would be a real reach, and I doubt the court system gives a shit about his online persona, hell, it was the channel of communication he chose to tell on himself with.

I agree completely, I think that he should have remained in prison or be sent to some psychiatric hospital with high top security, but it is most likely possible that that is what happened and if not then one of the other answers I gave.

To be honest, this case will remain a dead end because even though Chris told people he had sex with Barb (and he most likely did like the sick fuck he is), Barb never ever gave any evidence and the only evidence the court has is people online reporting it all and because Chris is so damn delusional and with Barb being so lazy and always confused (her rumored dementia), there's hardly anything to strongly convicted him with.

On the brighter side, he's been given a court order so he may possibly been told to keep his nose clean and with what we know about Chris is that he can't stay out of trouble so he will probably be sent back to prison again.

Virginia does not require sex offender registration for incest cases. Chris also hasn't even been charged with anything, so in the eyes of the law he's not a sex offender. And even if he needed to register, all the courts can do is require he use his real name on all of his social medias, so no Nighstar or Magi-chan accounts, but that's it. And even then that's only if his crime pertained to the internet, which it didn't.
Group homes, which is where Chris is most likely going, are a different story however, mainly because his primary source of internet access will be shared computers in a public room.

You can't ban people from the internet, no matter what they've done. Even Sex offenders.
The supreme court ruled it unconstitutional.
As funny as it would be, it's not going to happen.
Plus we aren't even at that point. No where in the court records does it say, TRIAL CONCLUDED or Sentencing.
He is effectively on suspended Sentence or some kind of probation, or...
They dropped the charges.
At this point the behavior of the court makes me believe he is getting some kind of retard pass, or they're trying to exhaust the prosecution with time served, whilst getting him outside of the jail.
