Yes, I know which one it is -- but she doesn't appear to have a job that I can tell. I've never heard her talk about how she makes a living. And yet she seems to be fairly flush with cash. I see she donated $100 to Rackets' Give Send Go.

People who work for a living can't just jack it all in and go and hole up with Occupy Wall Street for months at a time. She doesn't like like the kind of woman (or have the kind of intellect) that would put her in a high paying job where she could work for a year or two, accumulate a shedload of cash, and then take a year or two off. I dunno. I've read that back in the day, boomers could ship into cushy, high paying jobs simply by virtue of being white, but I've never thought that was a convincing story, and even if it was true in the past, I'm sure it isn't true any more. So where does the cash come from?

I've seen her lay claim to an academic publication, but she doesn't appear to have any academic affiliation that I could tell. My sense was that she was one of those perpetual students until she got so old that she just seemed ridiculous, hanging out at college with all those kids and STILL hadn't finished that PhD.

That's about as big a lie about a lawsuit as when KickVic liars said losing a SLAPP motion meant the allegations against Vic were proven true. In fact, that lie is probably defamatory itself unless he can show the underlying fact (everything thinks Monty is a pedo) is true.

The specific allegation (that Monty sucks little boys' dicks) is, so far as I know, unsubstantiated and alleges a very specific and clearly illegal sexual act, perhaps the most reviled such act.

Even if he needed help deferring the costs of his legal defense (doubtful), that's largely because he himself made the decision to buy a tactical nuke (Randazza) in order to swat a fly (Montagraph). All to make the biggest spectacle out of this possible.

About all that Randazza has brought that another lawyer wouldn't, other than razzle-dazzle, is costly shenanigans like trying to enforce another state's SLAPP law in Minnesota, to try to get around Minnesota having declared its own SLAPP unconstitutional.

This isn't actually as outlandish as it might sound. To paste an example of a similar maneuver from a previous post of mine:

The federal court in California used New York's choice of law provisions to decide that Texas law applied to the case, and that therefore, the defendant, Trump, could invoke Texas's anti-SLAPP statute to file a special motion to dismiss the case and assess legal fees against the plaintiff.

So you had a California federal court using New York State law to decide that Texas law applied. I'm not sure why they did this fancy maneuver when California has just as robust a SLAPP statute as Texas, but it worked.

It's a little puzzling why Nick chased Schneider around for weeks before filing a request for an extension at the very last minute, which he could have done from the start. My suspicion is that Nick wanted to have an informal conversation with Schneider where Nick said "Can I have an extension? Yes? Okay, BTW, have you Googled this guy?"

That would be an improper ex parte communication with the judge intended to influence the case. The judge would be obligated to inform the other side immediately or face discipline herself. If he actually did such a thing it would definitely finally be a legitimate ethics issue for him.

I remember watching part of the stream early on in the Kick Vic days where he gave that yelling, anime-style empowering speech about how Vic was totally going to fuck his accusers in court 100% and how scared they should all be. I think a lot of people were duped because they don't know much about the law (most of us don't) and because it felt like an authority figure was finally on their side. I also have to give him that he can be pretty likeable when/if you don't actually know a lot about him. If your streams are easy and fun to listen to, plus you tell viewers what they want to hear (particularly when they feel their camp is attacked or persecuted by almost everyone else with a voice or significant online presence) then they become loyal to you and want to support you. I'm glad his true colors are showing and the only people left to defend and support him are exactly the caliber of person he deserves as fans. There really wasn't much to know. Generally calling someone a literal child molester and a rapist and accusing them of multiple rapes of specific people is defamatory. You're right about the circumstances of the lawsuit - I didn't follow the case much outside of hearing what it was about early on but I did think Vic was in the right and should have won. I just mean Nick's "THERE WILL BE A RECKONING AND THEY WILL PAY" as if nothing could go wrong when it very clearly did. Like you said, it was because of Beard's fuck up but wasn't Rekieta involved in picking Beard (again I've only tangentially followed it so maybe I'm wrong)? I think he just misled people into thinking the opposition would 100% lose and have to pay for what they did, gassing up all the people who watched and paypigged him as a result. He may have been right that Vic had a winnable case but Vic didn't win because there's other legal stuff (including having a competent lawyer) to be factored in.

Despite him having no business self-inserting himself in any of this, you could actually argue Spectre handled this slightly better than Nick. Spectre falsely claimed that Monty was CONVICTED of a sex offense. However, unlike Nick, Spectre did end up retracting that statement.

Normally Spectre has no compunctions with lying and quadrupling down, but I think it dawned on him that Monty has a real lawyer, and that particular statement is exceptionally easy enough to prove as false. Contrary to Spectre's claim, it's also highly doubtful that Randazza is gonna come in and magically mop up Spectre's pool of diarrhea (and for free!), Like, get real. If you're gonna lie, at least try to make your lies sound less ridiculous. Shit like this is why he keeps getting made fun of all the time.

When you're doubling down on shit even Spectre realizes can end in disaster, it's time to put down the bottle.

That said, Spectre is still a fucking headcase if he thinks giving Nick an affidavit full of (likely) made up bullshit to take to OPLR is a good idea. I think that's gonna backfire on both of them. She’s also claimed to be a freelance journalist, film editor / producer & activist, although I doubt those endeavors are very lucrative.

Carimachet started out at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago which is extraordinarily expensive. After getting a useless BFA there, she went to the more affordable Hunter College in New York to get an MFA. Her majors were non-majors like interdisiplinary studies.

After graduation there was a gap of years where its unclear if she was doing anything. Then she showed up working for "Democracy Now" which is an ultra-left quasi news organization run by boomers for boomers that doesn't pay much of anything. She lasted about two yeas there. Then something happened and she suddenly was working for a Jordanian TV company for a year. She seems to have "gone native" in the islamic world around that time and picked up alot of their politics. It was the old school 1960s style transition from leftist weirdo to arab islamic groupie. She did stringer work for the NYC PBS station for a few months while based on the middle east.

Then a couple years after that, she shows up at Occupy Wall Street hanging around.

There are indications she spent time at some point in Turkey and there was a period a decade ago where she seemed to be living in Syria and supporting the Assad government during the civil war. She was also hanging around the indy film scene in Europe (particularly Germany) on occasion.

The education, the lack of much of a work history and all the travel done by this person would suggest some sort of wealth like a trust fund. But I was unable to figure out who the parents were.
