Patrick Sean Tomlinson / @stealthygeek / "Torque Wheeler" / @RealAutomanic / Kempesh / Padawan v2.5 - "Conservative" sci-fi author with TDS, armed "drunk with anger management issues" and terminated parental rights, actual tough guy, obese, paid Quasi, paid thousands to be repeatedly unbanned from Twitter
If Musk's reign of terror on Twxxer annoys and triggers him so much, why doesn't he use the shittier alternatives, like Zuck's platform that everyone stopped talking about after a week, or Mastodon, which everyone stopped talking about after a week?
Better question: Is it even worth it to him to show up for a contempt hearing?
The point of said hearing is usually to show cause why you shouldn't be held in contempt. I'm not even sure Fatrick has a cause to show. Certainly not a good one. It seems like either way, he ends up incarcerated. He'd have one less place to waddle if he no-shows.
Most judges will bend over backward to NOT jail for contempt because, deserved or not, it kinda makes them look like tyrants. But, if someone absolutely refuses to face the music, what else can you do?
rick has nothing without his x followers liking his xeets maybe the judge will be lenient because he understands how stressful this time his for a famous author like him.
Let's be real, he's fucking insane. He's probably doing it himself. But if not, he really needs to stop messing around on X and focus on the huge heap of shit he's in.
I mean just look at this- Pat they're gonna throw your ass in jail! View attachment 5233074
He might be doing this because he knows he's in in a heap of shit.
"Well, if I go down, at least this shithouse STALKER CHILD platform is too."
Sorta like this:
Yeah, you'd think you'd focus on the court shit, but I don't think Patrick HAS a plan there other than what he's already been doing. And he knows he's approaching endgame.
"Since his case was dismissed, the defendant has made no effort to contact
counsel for the plaintiff to either arrange for payment or reschedule the supplemental examination. However, he does continue to taunt the plaintiff online and make public threats about the Judgment he owes. The plaintiff respectfully requests the court to order sanctions in order to assist in the recovery of the Judgment owed to the plaintiff and allow the dispute to resolve."
What a glorious day to be a stalker child. I'm really curious if Fatrick manages to pull a DSP-esque maneuver out of his voluminous ass and evade responsibilities. Cows tend to be strangely slippery in situations like this. But then again, Fatrick's personality is a uniquely aggravating blend of arrogance and idiocy, the judge might decide to come down harder on him because of it.
It's been years and I still can't get over how extraordinarily stupid this whole situation is. He started out from "Norm Macdonald is not funny" and somehow talked himself into several thousand dollars of debt through nothing but the sheer, unfathomable power of belligerent retardation.
I can guarantee you that in Wisconsin, things tend to escalate in crazy ways. When you start messing with nice people, they go all sorts of crazy when they snap. An old school Milwaukee judge is going to make an example out of Fatrick. Would be hilarious if the judge put him in jail for contempt. “I may have gone to the House of Corrections stalker, but it is all part of my plan. Enjoy prison stalker child!”
If he doesn't enjoy prison, maybe. He's probably not getting locked up over this, at least not immediately, unless he shows up and starts childing the judge to his face. This judge does seem to like the daily fine thing, he's done that repeatedly in the past, but there's a pretty high bar to get jailed for contempt.
But just plain not showing up will get a bench warrant on his ass, and while most people could blow that off for a while (they generally do not just immediately send cops to your door), the next time he's "swatted," they'll know he has a warrant on him. So whether not the initial call was bogus, he'd still be leaving in cuffs.
This guy isn't most judges. But he's still unlikely to start out with jail as an opener. Usually they ramp up to that when lesser sanctions fail to get the point across. And Pat is extremely thick. Meaning that he's stupid. And fat.
As long as you remember in your next video to wink to us and say "Hi, we're out on our range today and this week begins pig season", then all is forgiven.
True. But this is Pat we're talking about, and it's like the Brothermen say: if there are 2 options, you can bet Pat will pick the third, most retarded one.
Also, counterpoint: even in the best case scenario where the judge is 100% lenient, Pat will still have to admit in court (in front of an audience he believes is comprised of many Brothermen) that he has to pay Quasi.
50% chance he'll have a stroke five seconds afterwards.
The best part is this is is only partially true. He does have several replies ready, but a lot of the time he's just so angry that he types them all over again, with varying degrees of grammar mistakes. The first time I realized he actually did this I couldn't believe it. I mean... I get tired just reading less than 10% of what this man writes!

That's what amazes me. If I were Pat and said exactly the same thing in exactly the same words a thousand times a day I'd just set up keyboard macros for it. I mean duh. Pat is Jack Torrance levels of drunk and crazy though, so I guess if I were Pat, I'd be too drunk and crazy to do that.
At least Jack Torrance apparently wrote something in the past that didn't come directly out of his rectum.
Wisconsin has very good open records law. Darrell Brooks has had both of his cases broadcast including a hearing in Milwaukee. They’re streaming his Milwaukee case whenever that goes to trial.
