According to some comments I saw, Kurt supposedly had his own stream shortly thereafter where he was absolutely piss drunk and began yelling about how Barnes was such a successful, superstar lawyer so he's always right while Kurt doesn't know shit because he's a small time lawyer. Other comments claimed he quickly took it down shortly after it was finished but I never found any link or evidence that it actually happened.
Maybe someone here knows more about it.

That said, perhaps Kurt really does need to get mad at Nick so we can see what's on his mind.

I had a different take. I think Megan was coming from the first-hand experience and had the opinion 'BURN IT ALL DOWN!' Like a woman, she was generalising from the few cases she has seen and projecting it as the whole. The plural od anecdote is not 'data'. She thought the spirit of the law was fulfilled.

Rob and Kurt were more of the approach that you do not throw the baby out with the bathwater and that the institutions that were being decried should not be abolished overnight. I do not think they were comvinced that the institutions were a net evil. They were concerned with the letter of the law keeping order.

From what I can tell, JHCH deserved what they got, and as long as it is an isolated incident that is joy used to destroy institution blindlys, I am fine with it. The case still needs to be made that all them are evil, and that argument was too nuanced for a livestream.

However the DMs with PC where she walked away in disgust from Nick are dated to January. Kalea was demodded in August. That's a seven month gap. It's not "perfect timing." PC noped out months before Nick kicked Kalea to the curb. If you believe they're the same person, you'd have to believe she stayed on a mod more than half a year despite basically calling Nick a gross degenerate and saying she wanted nothing more to do with him.

As for the "AI voice changer" idea... uhhh.... yeah. okay... this seems exceptionally silly now. If some people wanna keep believing they're the same person, I guess that's their prerogative. I personally have more questions than answers, one being the timing of Perception Check's DM drop. Like you detailed here, if she walked away from Nick in January, why release DMs half a year later? Wouldn't she have done that immediately after the fallout? Unless I missed something, that's fairly odd, and that I think is the main reason why those in the discord have their opinion.

This is focused on Nick... in fact it has everything to do with Nick. Perception Check's DMs were with Nick. If at the very least, it's Nick adjacent. But again, I just posted the conversation from some pretty influential people in Nick's audience showing they believe PC is Kalea. I tried to push back... can't convince people once they get locked in on an opinion.
