As far as I've seen, the PBD his folks own is only in Texas, California, Arizona, and Louisiana.

In theory, they would buy gasoline on the cheap from refineries in Texas/Louisiana and resell it in Arizona/California at a huge markup.

Or buy imported bulk goods cheaply from the Pacific (California) or Gulf Coast (Louisiana) and resell it inland (Texas/Arizona).

At best, they're nothing but middle men who buy/sell in bulk and broker shipments, never doing any actual work themselves. But I've yet to see any evidence that they even do that. There's no real evidence that they do ANYTHING.

I had a close family member pass away from dementia in the late 2000s, and it was legitimately one of the toughest things to ever happen to my family.

My family struggles to talk about, let alone make a fucking crappy student project about it. It’s so distasteful that Jirard would do something like this. I was on the fence about the level of involvement in this shady scam, but after watching that and seeing him peddle the death of his mom and incorporate his fucking YouTube career of all things is fucking vile.

Reading that Alzheimer’s blog about his mom that was peppered with advertisements for his channel was a infuriating read and I’m glad they finally had sense to take it down.

To go even further and set up a scam Private Foundation to milk his paypigs and use her death as a launching pad to further his career and help his slime ball dad evade corporate taxes is the most soulless, evil thing a person can do. He’s an exploitative, dishonest predator, and I hope all of the stuff we have dug into comes back to haunt these people.

-They also launched 7Up Products, General Mills, Balance Bar, FiJi Water, Venom Energy, and Juul Vapes. They say they helped develop proof of concept packaging and also consulted the price points for all of these products. None of these companies mention any association with PBD West.

These two things alone should set off anyone's bullshit alarms. Monster is jacked up Mountain Dew, which is owned by Pepsi, if I'm remembering correctly; and I'm not gonna go down the path of companies that own all those other brands. But, companies have their own stockers to take care of grocery stores and gas stations and shit like that; saying you helped them is like saying a secretary's intern at NASA helped launch the Apollo program... and that's even if you really did it, which I doubt. And I'm sure it doesn't need to be said here; but when you find a lie, you keep looking, and when you find a nest of lies, you have a good idea if everything is a lie.

Have you watched their videos? They were very generous to him,They didn't even say that he is scamming his fans they only talked about the paperwork that his organization submitted, Jirard has to be out of his mind to even think of suing.

The truth, as nebulous as that word can be, is an absolute defense. Jobst and Mutalisk (I don't mean to insult him, I just hear his name and that's where my brain goes) never made a claim about scamming; only pointing out that financial records as reported from their own organization show no money being moved to the people they claim to send the donations to. This isn't a case of Jobst making it up, or Muta hearing from C who heard it from B who's A's cousin or whatever; they went to a legitimate records database and just looked at the numbers as they were reported. They talked to Jirard, Jirard stumbled around like a blind man in an unfamiliar room, and after sitting on it (probably to see if action would be taken), they decided to say "The money hasn't bee distributed."

I know in some places, like Japan (as much as weebs and nationalists like it), they have honor violation type laws on the books; where it doesn't matter how true something is, if you hurt someone's reputation/honor you can be held liable for it. But luckily we don't live in a place like that; under normal operations procedures, the truth is an absolute defense, and I doubt the Khalil family have the type of Clinton connections to make shit like this go away.

Could be, but like @Vapid_Idiot went into, seems pretty damn peculiar that you had to deal with this shit and your way to cope was to make a very public showing of your "grief". powerenergycorp.com hasn't been "wiped", Wayback Machine says it's been the same garbage since 2018 (lol at ICANN actually temporarily seizing the domain for bogus registrar information though, you don't see that every day) and I'd say it's unrelated to the PBD case outside of some tangential historical background. Yeah, the way back machine shows they removed information from their site and replaced it with Loren Ipsum. To me, it just seems like these websites are decorations for their laundering shell corporations.

My guess is they are just dirty gas station owners who are skimming gas from their customers. Charging extra and pocketing the difference and funneling the funds through these bullshit Delaware corps, and then using the fake Open Hand foundation to claim more tax relief to get a big fat check back while banking the money in open hand. I can wrap my head around any other reason these bullshit consulting companies exist.
