Jirard is basically Jimmy De Santa from GTAV at this pointAt this point I doubt anything this grifter has to say. Hilarious how you can blame mommy issues for another mentally unstable manchild once again

The only claims made in Karl's video came directly from Open Hand's legal filings and California has some of the strictest anti-SLAPP laws around. It's his dad that's suing, first of all. I'm just saying, there is provable damage, regardless of how generous they were to him, publishing this in the way they did they had better have some good backing lest they open themselves up to a world of hurt.
And second: No, I didn't watch two too-long videos of a pajeet or an autistic talking in monotone about any of this, the initial reporting is not important to me in the long term. What's important to me is what dirt comes out after the fact and whether it's funny or not.
Might be unrelated. You'd need an actual accountant or attorney/lawyer to do a dive into records. Like I said, this is all conspiracy theory until proven otherwise, but...View attachment 5511653
Went looking through the Delaware business registry and found that there are actually three "Power Buying Dealers" entities. All information about owners and such is hidden behind registered agents. I suspect West and the East are both under the USA entity. But interesting is what is going on with the Eastern Region? Let's look up NY business registry:

Filed in 1997. Statements have been past due since 2001.
Is this some shell company used to do shady business or just an entity that was created in order for potential business expansion to eastern USA?
They also develop proof of concept prototypes for beverages and candies to see if they will be competitive in a macroeconomic environmentMight be unrelated. As far as I've seen, the PBD his folks own is only in Texas, California, Arizona, and Louisiana.
In theory, they would buy gasoline on the cheap from refineries in Texas/Louisiana and resell it in Arizona/California at a huge markup.
Or buy imported bulk goods cheaply from the Pacific (California) or Gulf Coast (Louisiana) and resell it inland (Texas/Arizona).
At best, they're nothing but middle men who buy/sell in bulk and broker shipments, never doing any actual work themselves. But I've yet to see any evidence that they even do that. There's no real evidence that they do ANYTHING.
... yep, he definitely never ever fucking talks about that when he's whimpering about his mentals. Seems like using mama dearest for attention is far from new. Also, funny how a shitty student project appears in the local news, the Khalil's more and more seem like they have surprising clout.
To be fair, the earliest his Mom would give him that game would be when he was 7. Well before he was 10 and this whole dark times started happening. It just sounds like he's holding on to that good time he's had his Mom.... that is a very different image to the "heckin wholesome mama that game me Donkey Kong 2 before she went to heaven!". The whole "you get a divorce but a doctor has to see you" sounds sketchy as fuck as well. Also, all this getting out and getting gossiped about will more Jirard 5 steps closer to an heroing since if he's already a mess that needs 5 therapists, I can only imagine the emotional impact of his mothers corpse getting paraded will have on him
I’ll probably get tons of autism ratings for powerleveling, but I think it’s relevant to this thread.... yep, he definitely never ever fucking talks about that when he's whimpering about his mentals. These two things alone should set off anyone's bullshit alarms. Monster is jacked up Mountain Dew, which is owned by Pepsi, if I'm remembering correctly; and I'm not gonna go down the path of companies that own all those other brands. But, companies have their own stockers to take care of grocery stores and gas stations and shit like that; saying you helped them is like saying a secretary's intern at NASA helped launch the Apollo program... and that's even if you really did it, which I doubt. And I'm sure it doesn't need to be said here; but when you find a lie, you keep looking, and when you find a nest of lies, you have a good idea if everything is a lie.-They were the first company to help distribute Monster Energy drinks in 1998. Monster energy was launched in 2002 and makes no mention of PBD West in their company history.
-They also launched 7Up Products, General Mills, Balance Bar, FiJi Water, Venom Energy, and Juul Vapes. They say they helped develop proof of concept packaging and also consulted the price points for all of these products. None of these companies mention any association with PBD West.
Have you watched their videos? They were very generous to him,They didn't even say that he is scamming his fans they only talked about the paperwork that his organization submitted, Jirard has to be out of his mind to even think of suing.
The truth, as nebulous as that word can be, is an absolute defense. Jobst and Mutalisk (I don't mean to insult him, I just hear his name and that's where my brain goes) never made a claim about scamming; only pointing out that financial records as reported from their own organization show no money being moved to the people they claim to send the donations to. This isn't a case of Jobst making it up, or Muta hearing from C who heard it from B who's A's cousin or whatever; they went to a legitimate records database and just looked at the numbers as they were reported. They talked to Jirard, Jirard stumbled around like a blind man in an unfamiliar room, and after sitting on it (probably to see if action would be taken), they decided to say "The money hasn't bee distributed."The only claims made in Karl's video came directly from Open Hand's legal filings and California has some of the strictest anti-SLAPP laws around.
his dad might not care, just putting you in an ultra expensive amount of litigation is the punishment in and of itself. The only claims made in Karl's video came directly from Open Hand's legal filings and California has some of the strictest anti-SLAPP laws around.
Initially I was upset that he'd use his mother for a charity. Now I'm enraged that he's used his mother for almost everything, and even more than his mother. Was Greg right? Also, hope we get clearance on that Will Head. Tried Bill, Billy, Willy, Willaim, etc. Closest thing was a guy who retired recently due to an amputation.*snip*
Do you know whether PBD ever attempted to contest that? (PBD West is seemingly a franchisee of PBD USA)I'm not an expert on the subject, but I think I found the actual Patent for the "Back Bar Merchandiser".
It was given in 1999 to Imperial Tobacco Limited, Montreal, Canada. Full year before the PBD West claim.

Now THAT is a pornstar name if I ever saw one.Bill Head
Could be, but like @Vapid_Idiot went into, seems pretty damn peculiar that you had to deal with this shit and your way to cope was to make a very public showing of your "grief". That's the sort of shit you only do when you want people to pity you and give you asspats. Slight power level of my own, but I lost my parents early and in my teenager days I would drop that nugget every once in a while when I could find any minimal situation where it made sense purely purely to fish for sympathy. Now I know that was pathetic but seeing how Jirard uses it fucking constantly, seems like he never developed that much as a person. To be fair, the earliest his Mom would give him that game would be when he was 7. Well before he was 10 and this whole dark times started happening. It just sounds like he's holding on to that good time he's had his Mom.
So it looks like PBDWest transformed from being started by Sam Odeh, to a joint venture by Sam Odeh and Charles Khalil, to now stating the company was solely started by Charles Khalil. That’s a little odd I would think. I guess Charles has a Time Machine and can just butterfly effect reality to his whim.Do you know whether PBD ever attempted to contest that? I found some rather odd stuff regarding Power Buying Dealers USA, by the way:
This is their website (currently a redirect to a blank white page, archive.org confirms).
According to the Wayback archive, the site was last active in 2004.

Backup at archive.today
Various business directories also identify this company as the PBD Midwest office besides the head office.
I don't know enough about franchising in the USA to even know what to make of this.
BTW, a company called PBD World exists. This is a colossal international supply chain management outfit and I would be very surprised if there was any connection between it and the others exists.

That's just lorem ipsum, which is a classic intentionally incoherent filler text to help adjust typesetting before you start throwing in actual content. It's been around for ages and spotting it in the wild means someone didn't finish their work, and the generic WordPress favicon tells the same tale.Lol if you go to powerenergycorp.com you can see Sams new business. Almost all of his web pages are in Latin and if you translate them they are just insane ramblings. wtf
I figured as much, but a little coincidental to wipe what was on there and to put placeholder stuff now. At least as of August this year, they have removed content across the website. That's just lorem ipsum, which is a classic intentionally incoherent filler text to help adjust typesetting before you start throwing in actual content. powerenergycorp.com hasn't been "wiped", Wayback Machine says it's been the same garbage since 2018 (lol at ICANN actually temporarily seizing the domain for bogus registrar information though, you don't see that every day) and I'd say it's unrelated to the PBD case outside of some tangential historical background. It's very funny how the archive loads much faster than the website itself though.I figured as much, but a little coincidental to wipe what was on there and to put placeholder stuff now. Thanks to the archive you found I discovered a one more level to the rabbit hole:*snip*
Mobil perhaps?
Yeah, the way back machine shows they removed information from their site and replaced it with Loren Ipsum. To me, it just seems like these websites are decorations for their laundering shell corporations. Thanks to the archive you found I discovered a one more level to the rabbit hole:

According to this the President/CEO of PBD USA was/is Sam Odeh.

That logo looks familiar...

According to his Linkedin he has worked at Power Energy Crop for almost 34 years, no separate mention of PBD USA.
Illinois business registry seems to be blocked for foreigners, so I can't look it up there.

Looking up the website (Archive) brigs you to another pretty identical claimed business scheme as PBD West written in some questionable English. But wait, PBD-USA is mentioned by name. (Is PBD-USA subsidiary of Power Energy Corporation?)

Site has Lorem ipsum about us, 3 5 year old Lorem ipsum blogposts and an empty gallery. "Our vision" Is also Lorem ipsum.
Pretty strange for a business that's 34 years old.

I did manage to track that they have a single actual physical location at 572 W Lake St, Elmhurst, IL 60126, USA.
