Total Retard War: Lessons of War - Taking the tactics of Honeycomb.io's Field CTO Liz Fong-Jones and making them available to everyone.

Staying on Tor simply isn't an option. Tor is no good because I have to enter my password each time and since I can never remember what it is I have to try it like fifteen times. Usually I just get so bored and frustrated that I give up and do something else.
Just go to the options in tor browser and turn on password saving. Copy and paste your password from the manager in your primary browser once and you're golden.

I was using OrNET on Android for a little while and that worked beautifully and even saved my login. But then it started crashing on boot, so I switched over to the standard "Tor Browser" app, and that sadly doesn't save my login. At least it doesn't fucking crash. I'd switch back to OrNET if it actually fucking worked.

I don't understand why Byuu even needs to be a focus this much.
Because it's an excellent example of the kind of obvious gayops that troons try to smear the farms with. It also highlights the issue of journoscum taking anything that fits their worldview as truth without any sort of scrutiny, no matter how ridiculous and unfounded it is.

The resulting cascade of journoscum and wikipedia using each other as source plays a big part in deplatforming KF.

The message of Kiwifarms has always been, to me at least - this site is a mirror being held up to society. Society doesn't like how ugly it looks and wants to smash the mirror.

There is nothing here that you can't find freely available elsewhere online. The Farms are just an aggregate with commentary.

Suppressing or even outright banning that is incredibly suffocating and dangerous.

That is all the outside world needs to understand.

That's a tall order to request considering the kinds of outside world that operate against the Forum. Hopefully whatever write-ups happen are short and concise, stay far away from anything involving opinions of Josh in regards to dick sucking, and contain more than enough buzzwords that stick out clearly to pull in those able to relate to them.

Under the Restoring Internet Freedom Order, if ISPs are to block or degrade service to lawful content they MUST make a public notice on their website.
The idea of this is that if someone (another ISP or an edge provider) does business with Cogent under the pretense that, I don't know, Cogent won't suddenly disconnect them from the Internet, screwing over all of their customers, just because they happen to host permit access to an over-the-top US legal drama forum:

They can sue Cogent for damages. I don't think that saying "people making fun of me on the Internet is child porn" is a valid argument. Cogent does have a separate AUP (A) but I don't think that matters because the disclosures document doesn't mention ANY AUP and the disclosures document is the legal document requested by the FCC. The AUP is like YouTube Community Guidelines which doesn't mean anything anyways because Rule 0 of AUPs is that the moderator is always right and you are always wrong. Cogent says that they only block to "comply with applicable law." Cogent might go for the defamation angle. Defamation (which you should never do because you should never lie about people) is not a crime, it is not illegal, it is a tort. If Cogent wants to say that statements that some claim to be defamatory is banned from being trafficked, then they should have put that in the disclosures!
Cogent probably doesn't think kiwifarms is legal. One thing they complained about was revenge porn being hosted on the site:

I don't believe they were complaining about defamation, but that is a crime in some states: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_defamation_law#Criminal_defamation

I think you can change people's minds with your writing, pointing out all the hypocrisy and lies about the farms and null, for example:

I kindly asked Joshua Connor Moon in the first place. However, he made fun of me by saying "take a picture of your feet".
:story:
But a lot of people won't give me a job because of Kiwifarms. My employers fired me. I also have a hard time socializing. My reputation has been extremely damaged. Kiwifarms has to pay for all this! I almost committed suicide, but my family talked me out of it at the last minute. The owner of Kiwifarms is responsible for this.
Okay, this is hilarious. Who is this?

byuu is a good example of how to approach explaining it
if anybody knows what the fuck a byuu is or an emulator they already have their minds made up, but "there was this programmer guy who faked his suicide but didn't know the US State Department publishes all the American deaths in Japan and guess who wasn't on it lol what a dumbass" is something normal people can understand

There's dozens of other websites that are as much or more well known than us for doxing, and they don't deal with a fraction of the pushback we do.
I don't think that's accurate. Sites like soyjak.party and doxbin aren't as well known, that's why they get less pushback.

Pointing out that doxxing is (usually) legal, or that obscure sites are worse isn't going to convince people to take your side. They don't think it's bad because it's illegal, they think KF uses the info to harass people.

He/his staff does. Hence the report button on the bottom left of this post. I've lurked these forums for a very long time, and I've never seen anything criminal last more than an hour.
I can give examples that has been up for plenty of time.
Quick example, the guy who hacked yanderedev wasn't banned. Null called it a felony. The only person who was punished was someone who called it out as cow tipping: https://ghostarchive.org/archive/f3dXH?wr=false

Another example. I randomly saw this on the front page a minute ago:

The employee joined the forums and boasted about fucking with DSPs internet. He didn't get banned.

There weren't just no suicide deaths, there were zero deaths of americans in that timeframe. If that doesn't prove the whole thing being fake beyond a reasonable doubt, I don't know what could.

Why would you stop a retard who keeps incriminating himself with felonies from posting?

Why would I ban him? If he's posting evidence of a crime, that everyone is condemning, all banning him would do is obstruct any investigation into the incident. It's not like me banning him would hamper the crime. This is a trolley problem where pulling the switch does literally nothing.

It's a concern when someone is conspiring to commit a crime on the forum and people are helping him. It is not my concern when someone has already committed a crime and is just incriminating themselves.

Cogent probably doesn't think kiwifarms is legal. One thing they complained about was revenge porn being hosted on the site:
The revenge porn is nothing more than an excuse to bludgeon Null with. When he complied with the demand and censored the content they didn't give a fuck and now they don't even bother justifying their interference anymore.

Wrong. Cogent has never, ever sent me any communication.

What instead happened is complaints were forwarded to me and I inferred based on the 10,000 different links included in them what could be the most damaging, but as that post explains, I did censor them and they are no longer available on the site. This means the issue should be resolved, if that was the issue.

I again reiterate that I don't think any of that is illegal and if people filed a complaint and got a court order against the people posting them, I'd have no issue removing them. The complaints are filed by THIRD PARTIES with NO RELATION, often AGAINST THE WISHES of the people depicted.

I don't know the answer to your question, but I can tell you that is an example of why people think Kiwifarms is a harassment site.
