Does anyone here have experience/knowledge about alcohol which could estimate how much it has fucked up his innards? He seems to drink a vodka bottle in just a few days. When people keep sending him more bottles, I just start to wonder... how long until something goes terribly wrong?

He is likely so addicted at this point that if he is forced to go without alcohol he will start getting the shakes (again) and maybe worse symptoms I was never big into drinking but I'm sure it's going to be unpleasant

This has been repeated ad nauseam already, but alcoholics are resilient. They're alcoholics because they've developed a physical tolerance for and dependency on alcohol. That means they can drink a lot without getting immediately ill or unconscious like someone with a more typical tolerance for ethanol. They can hang on for years, even decades, drinking as much as their resources allow them to while growing more haggard and mentally deficient.
That isn't to say Cobra isn't at any risk for things like liver failure or other issues that excessive alcohol consumption could trigger. But there is this idea in the Cobra community that he is at imminent risk of death from drinking like the local homeless alkie has for 15+ years that is kind of silly imo.
Jord is at as much risk of hurting himself falling over drunk or doing something impulsive that gets his ass kicked or in trouble with his landlord/the cops than he is of alcohol-related health complications. Which isn't to say no risk, far from it, but that's the one risk I see people fixate on.
When was the last time Cobes was hospitalized for alcohol? When a wellness check resulted in more than the cops telling him to drink some water before leaving? But nobody can forget the time he went to the drunk tank because he got so belligerently drunk that Clunt called the authorities.

I think Cobra is far more likely to hurt himself falling down than he is from the actual drinking. Granted the drinking is still the cause of the falling down but the last clip I saw where he just face plants and lays on the floor for a half hour is a perfect example. Hitting his head like that is a dice roll. He does that in the kitchen or bathroom tile, he might not wake up. Or who knows, maybe he whacks his big ass head so hard, he wakes up not-retarded.
He drove once, It wasn't drunk, but he did crash right in front of a cop. It was couch chris' van.

Jord is far more likely to suffer serious harm in the near future from the duster or his teeth than he is the alcohol. I mean he is definitely dependent on it at this point because he has mentioned before that sometimes he will leave a drink combo next to his bed over night so that he can immediately consume it when he wakes up, or as Jord calls it "hair of the dog", but I don't think he is close to croaking from it.

It's not really that predictable. Some people go on for decades at ludicrous levels of consmption. Some suddenly die in their 20s or 30s. I don't even really know how much Cobes drinks or spills but going through four handles of vodka (1.75 liters each) in barely over a week isn't a good sign.
Combining that with duster and falling over and systemic infections constantly on the verge of going septic really increases the odds of just suddenly going into multiple organ failure, that is, your whole system just gives out to the point who knows what was the single point of failure.
Or he could get hit by a truck or fall and bang his head hard or "sudden sniffing death."
I almost think it's more likely going to be some really stupid shit trolls get him to do like eating jimsonweed and then running into traffic trying to hug a semi.

What do you mean duster or alcohol? Polysubstance abuse is generally regarded as seriously bad. And as for alcohol, just look at most of the members of the 27 club who weren't a drug OD.

The combination of multiple substances. Could be alcohol and something akin to duster. In general I just want to read up on the topic to understand the risk of organ failure for prolonged substance abuse, to understand statistically where our bud stands. Could be a highway or the edge of a cliff.

Thing about multi-organ failure is that it's almost always a single organ that goes and then takes the others with it, sometimes within minutes. A problem with the heart or lungs will deprive all the other organs of oxygen, causing them to fail too. Failure of the liver or kidneys will flood the bloodstream with toxins that would usually be filtered out, poisoning all the other organs and causing them to call it quits. Don't think of it as multiple organs spontaneously going together, think of it as a very rapid failure cascade.
As others have said, long-term heavy drinkers can stay barely alive for decades. But huffing duster can kill you dead in seconds, you risk instant death every time you use it - the "high" is an adrenaline surge, basically the brain's panicked response to being deprived of oxygen (being drunk is actually similar, as the brain shuts down non-essential functions to survive being poisoned by ethanol which is some really neurotoxic shit). That adrenaline surge can cause a cardiac arrest, then it's over.
Cobes' only real risk of instant death from drinking is from either falling over and hitting his head or from passing out and inhaling his own vomit. Given he lives and drinks alone the risk of that is high, especially if it happens off-camera and nobody knows he's in danger. But the duster could just one-shot him.
As well as instant or gradual death, Cobes is at risk of being permanently disabled. The duster in particular could cause a stroke, infarct or aneurysm, and leave him as a vegetable needing 24/7 care forever.
