And here's the video, with Alex's barely-literate text. We see Ari-- who totally does this all the time, guys!-- looking baffled about who this person is and what she's supposed to do with her. Someone clearly placed her at Alex's feet, and then there's an odd cut as she starts to crawl away. The cameraman (Noah, I'm sure) clearly returned her to Alex to try to get the video.

This video shows how little connection she has with Ari. I know she's trying to prove that they have a real relationship, but this video accomplishes the exact opposite. Also, she could have cuddled with Ari like this when Ari was small, but she chose not to. Ari is mobile now, and the time for this type of togetherness has passed.

Babies at Ari’s age can remember little games they play with their mama regularly. If this floor activity was something Alex did frequently, Ari would have immediately realized with the game was. The fact that she is just sort of climbing on Alex aimlessly demonstrates to me that this was a one-off for the sake of the camera rolling.

Non-exhaustive spitball list of games she could have played with Ari on the floor:

It's like when she said her make-up and shit used to be so organised and now she's too depressed to do anything about it. She's not the one doing it, I doubt she can open a bottle of medication on her own.
