I was unaware of this case, but it only applies to the 5th circuit (still a great thing). The DOJ appealed the decision to the Supreme Court last year, but it wasn't picked up. https://www.supremecourt.gov/docket/docketfiles/html/public/23-376.html

If this happens in any other circuit the court can rule the other way. Prime example is Hunter Biden still has pending charges for lying on his 4473. It would be great if we get a historic Biden vs DOJ Supreme Court ruling that eliminates that question on the 4473, but I'll play my cars safely until then.

But one thing I know of human nature is that cowards are more governed by threats than rewards. It may be that judges are feeling a squeeze under Biden as you say. But what it comes down to his which way has the biggest negative consequences for them if they rule against a faction. And Democrats / Progressives / The Elites are nearly always more vindictive than anybody else. Plus whilst a Trump administration will come and go, the Deep State and is wormed deep into the system and will be there long after, unless Trump burns things to the ground.

i know there are different grades of nurse but in general you're clearing 6 figures anywhere in the country. while Cali would be expensive, there are plenty of areas like Maryland or north carolina where your income will take you a lot further. The income variance on having a law degree or working as a lawyer is quite massive.
