Styx Hexenhomo is a literal Satanist who fled Holland after assaulting his ex.
And abandoned his daughter. Child neglecters and drug abusers flock together.
It got lost in the ongoing. posting avalanche, and the source is a bit sketchy, but that story about him looking to swing with that CahhhnSlut GothicSushi back during WeebWars seems sound.
And April looks a lot like her. Looks like Nick has a type..
For 99.99% of people suicide is the worst option to take.
Nick is the .01%. Some people are just rotten to the core and can't be redeemed.

Don't forget that Barnes either got fired or quit Rittenhouse's legal team because he couldn't be the one in charge. He was frequently showing sour grapes about it on stream with Nick.
Barnes was a nonstop salt mine during Rittenhouse because he was told he wasn't needed after jury selection started. Hard R Richards and Lawyer 47 couldn't do anything right according to him. I noticed he stopped coming on near the end when it looked like it would take some severe faggotry to convict Kyle like the 4k resolution drone footage bullshit.

He is going to be offered a deal. If he doesn't take that deal he would be completely and utterly insane. He is already a fool for making public statements to the effect that he is somehow an innocent man. And unless he sees sense soon, they are going to legally bury him. They have him dead to rights with large quantities and firearms. There is no other path than cooperation.
I agree he'll be offered a deal, and it might even be a deal where he avoids serious prison time as a first time offender. For most people in his situation, it could be as simple as suspended sentence, probation, and mandatory treatment.

Here's the problem though:

If there is one person who is STUPID enough to dig in his heels and refuse to accept that deal, it's Nicholas Robert Rekieta.

And I think everybody here who has been following this knows it. Nick can never be wrong. You're seeing it even now from his Instagram posts.

Calling it now, Nick will sell out Dax as his coke dealer so he won't have to watch his kids grow up from behind glass.
I don't know why people keep saying/hoping this. It makes no sense for a guy in MN to get his coke from a guy in CA. No sense at all.

I get that Daxipad is a POS, and hopefully he'll go down for something someday, but I don't think it's gonna be this.

Before this turned into an epic shitshow last week, people were speculating he was getting dope from CGoody (who lives in PA). That doesn't make any sense either.

(Also, to be charitable to CGoody, I always assumed his thing was pot, and some of the "lower end" drugs. Whereas what Nick is doing is WAY harder and worse).

I'm not an expert, but I'm pretty sure they have drug dealers in MN. Maybe not Spicer-proper, but definitely in the Twin Cities.

Nick, you're not just a man who eagerly chose the loser card, you hope to choose it for your kids. Go break a mirror with your face.

fam. i know i am not alone in saying this. but hot damn. i have spent the time to read hundreds of pages of this thread to finally get to the end to see the same arguments. same raging. same speculation. endless debates on coke weighings. endless debates on charges. spergings on metorkur’s stream. while i don’t want to take anything away from anybody, maybe (maybe, maybe, i know this is a sinful recommendation), we cool it a bit on rehashing everything 6,000 times until something else happens. love youse guys, have been liking great posts along the way of my working myself through this thread, but many of us are repeating ourselves endlessly until time immortal. nothing REAL has happened since the most recent update. let’s chill for a second.

I'm wondering if she got that charge because she was at the house while Nick wasn't and the only thing I can think of, is allowing the kid to be near the door or in harms way as the cops asked to enter and probably announced they would breach.
Another poster earlier had found four other cases tried under that statute and three of them involved outright child molestation while one of them involved a mentally ill child being beaten with a belt. The person charged was aware of the abuse, but didn't intervene in all four cases.

I'm having a very hard time holding out hope that this is just because of the cocaine around the house when taking all these facts into consideration.

First time in a happenings thread?

This is one of those times where I wish I couldn't read. Fucking hell, I hope it isn't but there seems to be a gut feeling in most onlookers and there's nothing that's right as often as a gut feeling.

Speedy Trial. Unless waived by the defendant there must be an arraignment within three days and a trial within 180 days.
Does that mean that the arraignment is going to be this upcoming week? I thought the arraignment was what was live-streamed/zoom called on Friday, unless that was just a standard bail/bond hearing.

Please forgive me, I’m legally retarded

screenshotting, in case people missed this comment ^^^
I actually agree with Barnes on this particular legal issue. I think it's absolutely insane and probably unconstitutional to turn totally legal possession of a firearm into a huge crime because someone, for instance, has a roach in their ashtray.

I think Nick makes a pretty shitty poster boy for this considering the near dealer quantities involved, that it was cocaine and an assortment of other shit that Hunter S. Thompson would be jealous of, and that it involved separately illegal child abuse and neglect. Even if you agree on the general legal principle, I think most people's opinion would be yeah, but fuck this specific piece of shit anyway.

I'll note that while I agree with Barnes, on the narrow legal issue of the constitutionality of these drug/gun things since I frankly think at least marijuana laws and probably others exceed the federal Commerce Clause authority, and I'll note at least one SCOTUS Justice, Thomas, agrees, cf. the Thomas dissent in Gonzales v. Raich, this is not, yet, the majority view.

I think it would take overturning the FDR-era Wickard v. Filburn decision to get rid of this overreaching federal bullshit, or at least seriously trimming its wings, as it were.

(I know this is a state case, but it has federal implications seeing as conceivably Nick could also be prosecuted by the feds.)

For those who missed Nick joking about this girl named Maya

For more context on the girl he's joking about:
"The jury awarded the Kowalski family monies for a range of offenses, including wrongfully placing the child under video surveillance for 48 consecutive hours and making her strip down to shorts and a training bra for a photograph.

A hospital staffer, they found, also committed misconduct by sometimes kissing the then 10-year-old and having her sit on her lap."
Wow.
What a fucking nigger.

No.

We now have hard evidence that what we've been saying for the past year was correct, and more hard evidence on the way.

We earned this. Enjoy reading 100s of pages of kf members being vindicated.

nah fam, but having been part of threads getting so hard to keep up with just cause our people want to rehash everything a zillion times, might be prudent to take the advice they give to newfags to read every second of the thread so we aren’t endlessly repeating ourselves.

At least Nick put in the effort to look like he was an approachable everyman who happens to be a lawyer.

Robert Barnes always had that oily Saul Goodman shyster aura.
It's funny Viva turning into a long haired hippy after becoming a non-practicing lawyer comes across as far more respectable. I legit enjoyed his coverage of the Fani Willis proceedings.
