Anyways, I relate to that part of his story because I experienced something similar in college. All my friends got into smoking weed and turned into gigantic stoners. They would smoke 3-4 times per day, they were high nonstop and rarely did anything else. I tried it a couple times but it really and genuinely was not for me.

I think there are a few possibilities for what might have gone on with the warrant. There’s five I’ve thought about in detail.

1. Pastor got alerted by Nick and Kayla being visibly intoxicated at Church and made a report. Possibly saw Nick driving intoxicated with the kids. CPS and cops look around at Nick’s behavior. Aaron bitched out and the behavior got worse after he left.

2. Aaron is being deceitful and was involved with the cops prior. The Hot tub stream on Kino Kasino mentioned Aaron tried to throw them off by making it seem too obvious that the Rekieta’s were wife swapping. He does mention looking after the kids and it’s possible he regrets not doing something sooner.

3. The oldest son went to the Priest. I knew a kid whose mom was physically and mentally abusive to his family. Dad was disabled and heavily dependent on her. Kid slept over at friends as much as he could. Particularly bad night happens and the kid went to his friends family and the cops. Gathered evidence to destroy her reputation and get her jail time. Nick’s eldest went to actual school. He was absent in the morning. Probably had school, but maybe a morning raid was planned so that the adults would’ve been too out of it to respond.

4. The Nanny/ driver. Saw enough, quit and made a report. Might’ve been part of the Church and talked to the preacher.

5. All individuals above talked to each other. There is so much shit on Nick and Kayla that Aaron talking doesn’t matter. There’s possibility that Aaron is being public to draw attention. Maybe to try to get Nick to break his bail conditions.

We only have one person freely talking and that’s Aaron. I wanted to entertain the idea that Aaron is better than most of us think. If Aaron is lying about not going to the cops then the cops have Nick’s signal messages to Aaron.

I think Aaron did actually build a rapport with the Rekieta kids. He called the oldest kid sweet. I kinda hope that my crazy number 5 is what happened. They have enough rope to hang Mr. and Mrs.

Keep in mind the timing of things. Nick has said that Wednesday nights are a youth ministry at the church (it's so WEIRD), and the report from the Pastor was on Thursday, first thing in the morning. I don't think this timing is coincidental.

I also would not be surprised if the Pastor's report was not the first time the police took notice of Rekieta. It might have been what pushed them into actually doing something, but considering Nick has been swatted before, I would be very surprised if at least one person in local law enforcement wasn't acutely aware of Nick's activities and his decline into obvious substance abuse.

We will see when the PC affidavit becomes public, but the idea that one report from a Pastor was all it took to bring the hammer down on Nick is a little optimistic.
