I still have a copy of this that I believe I bought in the 1970's.

I'd guess NYC rent is among the highest while the rest of New York State sits at slightly above the average.
Personal experience of course, no citations.

I'm assuming that rent number is mostly due to the rent in NYC, but even so, holy smoke, that's like three times my mortgage, and my area is considered by many to be expensive.

But to be fair to the doctor, while the cost of living in NYC is absurdly high, the rest of New York is better than some others in the US. The Zillow property values he showed, I wish we had those kind of houses for those prices here.

The important question is the ownership percentage of butter dishes, and how many people actually purchase hard boiled eggs.
Depending on the numbers, NYC may or may not need another 9-11, or several of them.

i know it's probably been talked about already, but after watching this clip i really get the feeling this dumb fucker is gonna skip the argument of whether there were drugs in the house and go straight to "you can't prove dat blow waz mine, bish!" which, considering it was found in his house, in his bedroom is such a terrible idea. it's like when you watch cops and they pull drugs out of a guys pocket and he starts saying these aren't his pants.

i can see 3 different strategies he might go with:

option 1: i can see both nick and kayla arguing "it's not mine officer!" and hope if they can't prove which one of them definitively owned it that means they both go free.

option 2: nick throws kayla under the bus and says she owns it. thus leaving him free to continue to smash 29 year old cokehead box and also getting rid of the old ruined body goblin he hates so much.

option 3: since Aaron is the only one who has straight up admitted to doing coke nick and kayla blame it all on him saying "it was all aaron's coke officer, he brought it into my house where my children sleep so i threw him out! I found his secret stash the day you came by, i was actually gonna bring it down to the station and file a report when you busted down my door!"

all 3 of these option are retarded but then again so is nick :story:
Think he kinda has to skip that argument (that they were in the house) because there's no way to deny it. It's cut and dry and has been since day 1. His only options were ever to blame it on someone else or get the search warrant thrown on a technicality.

He'd be able to maneuver favorably by doing other inmates law work (I've seen this on MSNBC Lockup. Some white bread ass dweeb law fag gets locked up and is suddenly dominating the cell block on the low. They get protection and commissary in exchange for helping cellies.)
Right up until he completely fucks some gangbangers case up by being Nick.
That shit only works if you're a competent lawyer.
Nick is a lazy, inexperienced, non-practicing joke, most of the time he's opened his mouth with his opinion on the law it's turned out he's completely wrong.
He can't even successfully defend a fucking speeding ticket.
Taking commissary for legal advice is a good way to get his wig split.

Pre-made bagged hard-boiled eggs caused 9/11.

Yeah sure the rest of New York (because NYC is not the entire state believe it or not) might only be slightly above average in rent compared to most of the US but the cost of living is overall higher.

This sounds like your typical bughive resident cope. Have fun paying $3K for a one bedroom apartment without utilities included in the pozzed Big Apple.

I think the last long sniff is just a mic fizzling out. He had spotty audio the entire stream, probably knocked the audiojack loose.
And you can clearly tell by the voice, cadence and word choice that April is the corner demon.
I think this or if it is something narcotics related it’s someone taking a hit on a vape. I don’t hear cocaine beings sniffed. Did any of the polycule use a vape?

I just think he’s a liar and always has been.
The idea you can be a conservative Christian traddad and an anime fan never really made sense to me. Not because anime is too degenerate even, it's just too outlandish.

I love how Nick was such a fucking coked up retard he set up every meme so well. He even picked the Jamaican cuck shirt everyone made fun of for being absolutely gay as hell for his mugshot. Great jerb Nick.
He's a terrible comedian but a great joke..

Maybe if Gundam did something about his yee yee ass consumerism and chemical dependencies then maybe he could afford some bitches to move his play things from New York to somewhere with affordable housing. Nig-guh.

Thread tax: Here's hoping that if Nick does have to do time that he gets hit with the child endangerment charges. People talk about pedophiles and child sex abusers having a rough time in prison, but there's a lot of men behind bars separated from their children who would be upset towards anyone with charges revealing they victimized children.

Let's see if the blackface lawyer has any hilarious Jacob Blake jokes when Darius is asking him what he's in for.

I'm late but I've was listening to LEGAL MINDSET's stream from 3 days ago reacting to Rekieta's stream and even I underestimated just how much he's fucking up.

One of the standout moments for me is when Andrew claims he's probably fucked up his chance for an Alford plea (something not too dissimilar to a nolo contendre plea), because beyond insulting state witnesses and just generally being an obnoxious idiot, a plea like that relies on him maintaining his innocence but choosing to accept a guilty plea, and that probably can't happen now that he is acknowledging the leaked documents and continually insisting the state is trying to frame him.
Also Nick's screeching about muh liberty and muh persecution of the government is more akin to a sovereign citizen like Darrel Brooks than a sincere libertarian position.

How Cuckolding Became More Mainstream

"Hotwifing" does not necessarily signal an unhealthy relationship.

KEY POINTS

  • Female infidelity has a long history of stigma and shame.
  • Cuckolding and other forms of female non-monogamy have gotten more attention in mainstream media.
  • As shame and stigma decrease, people find healthy, positive ways to integrate sexuality into their lives.

It seems like a good read for Nick and Aaron. But I wouldn't recommend this book for anyone else.
He's also an expert witness, maybe Nick could use this man's help for his CPS case.

EDIT: grammar, I'm bad at it

I truly hope this person has a series of financial downturns which are unsympathetic. I'm talking septic tank failures, bad concrete, faulty building issues. Investment failure. Missing a digit on a wire transfer. Things that result in him staying in a lower class income bracket for the rest of his life.

Anyone who advises being a cuck is so fucking dumb their advice on any issue is worthless.
