You may not realize this, but I'm old.

I would just challenge David to a duel. Preferably swords so I can stay out of reach of his spore attacks. Sure, he can only attack with them once every three rounds, but I'm rather cautious, and taking 1d2 points of damage for ten rounds sucks. God only knows what he'd do after once I'm entangled.

lol saving throws. Such things are only for spells, poisons, breath weapons, personification, and death. Things like him have a 19 Strength, that's going to fuck over a poor human like me. At least there's a saving throw against his dance of ruin we've heard off screen in his Accidental Live Stream, but anyone witnessing it still got affected by his screech attack.

If I fall he's going to gorge himself on my corpse like I'm a chicken wiener after treating me like one of this Thai trannies he wants to bring in. You have any idea how scary that is?

The Court denied Acerthorn's second motion to serve by email citing, although Brazil is a signatory country of The Hague Convention, it does not allow service by email.
Ironically, knowing the defendant's physical address has made it more difficult for him to be served.

Acerthorn is sending a mountain of paperwork the Court. Possibly evidence he was "irreparably harmed" so the Court will serve by email.

Well to be fair Stabby needs to know how many days of hot dogs he will have to skip in order to be able to afford sending a first class priority registered mail package to Brazil that probably will contain like 300 pages of drivel.

I can tell you one thing Stabby...

Stebbins v. Baz docket 22
The Court has approved Acerthorn's plan to serve Brazilian defendant Baz by physical mail. Acerthorn has been asked to prepare a English and Portuguese version of the 29 page complaint. In the second paragraph the Court asks for a Spanish version of the complaint.

The last time Acerthorn served an international defendant he paid $900. I wonder how much this will be.

Legal kiwis, is there any significance to this? Why would they change the case from civil to misc? if anyone finds the courtlistener page for the new case number please post it in this thread.

I don't really think the cost of paper, ink and shipping to Brazil will honestly be that much. Well for a normal person that is, it will probably mean several hot-dogless days for Stabby.

As for the civil case matter it might have to do with the pre-screening as that's not part of the civil case bit. IE: The case doesn't actually become a civil suit until after it passes screening. Until then it's just a judicial issue. I think...don't quote me on that.
