He did mention him & drex had a falling out in college because drex because of a similar ties to the situation of dishonesty? Am I the only one who had some memory of them falling out in high school or college?
This happened. Nick said that someone mis-reported to Drexel something Nick had said, and they did not talk for years. It was somehow resolved years later when Drexel found out that he had been 'lied' to.
The trust doesn't own the second house.
What the trust can pay depends on its terms but the trustee usually has some discretion as well and it's possible Celeste is the trustee if she set it up, which seems likely.
Autism triggered. The 'second house' NOT in a trust is actually the 'first one they lived in'.
It interests me that Celeste has been absent from the whole ordeal in court--or at least mostly invisible. I begin to suspect Nick has 'mommy issues', and resents how much power she has held over his life from the unflattering stories he has told about female bosses, the exception he takes with female detractors (e.g. Kalea, ElissaClips, ClaireBear, etc...), and the general 'joke' misogyny....
Man I really hate Nick. The government does not get to lie. I as a prosecutor have an ethical obligation NOT to lie, I have an ethical obligation NOT to prosecute cases I don't think I should be prosecution in good faith. He's about as obnoxious as a sovcit at this point.
This is the retarded adult NPL version of 'everyone who tells me I cannot do what I want is a freedome-hating, fascistic government agent!'
Nick rarely disparages the prosecutor. He knows she has been more than fair with him. If she was really going after him rather than looking after his kids and justice, he'd be w/o kids and forced to stay away from April. I'm betting she has a lot of discretion that she hasn't abused at all.
He has called her out as 'part of the system' and insulted her intelligence by insisting things are moving slowly in his case because 'she needs to learn how to type'.
Nick's MO is to insult the government generally, call out someone specifically, then retreat into the safety of the animus he has stirred up against the corporate government, and claim people are angry at him for criticising an agent of government when he actually meant it as a personal attack.
He did this will the Farms by calling people 'loli avatars' then in his motion mentioning paedophiles. He is TOTALLY NOT accusing all Farmers of being paedophiles. Rather, he is insulting the ones who are, and it is FUNNY and WEIRD that you are so offended. Are you a paedophile?
Nick's pattern is:
Make general statements of critique that most people can agree with to generate general dislike and trust of a system.
Make a highly specific barb aimed a member of the group he has villanised
Claim that he is criticising the larger group--or only the ones among them that are corrupt
I've been trying to keep track of his current argument. He indiciates his argument is not that the stream is not accurate, but rather his argument is that the officer lied about seeing 'his stream'.
I have no fucking idea what retarded shit he is on with that.
See above:
GUBMENT BAD! They do something vaguely representable as dishonest (but actually just personally offensive to Nick), so they need to LOSE! Why do you HATE FREEDOM AND LOVE GOVERNMENT COCK!?
It’s the new Cop at Denny’s joke, we need to get DSP to explain it.
DSP being able to explain Nick's joke is the real proof of actual brain damage.
Actually you can if it's intended to mislead. In fact Bill Clinton lost his law license over dumb word tricks like that.
The one thing I will say for Nick is that this is an example of the exact same semantic game that he loves to pull on stream which were used as examples for how he doesn't respect his audience's intelligence (which, to be fair, would now seem to be an increasingly justified lack of respect...)
It turns out that he is compelled to use these extremely stupid word tricks on everyone.
Remember when Nick said that you can just line out items on a safety waiver for a charity run, sign it, then hand it back to the volunteer? If they accept it, they are acting as the legal agent for the organisation for the charity organisation, and the contract you altered is now legally enforceable?
Nick is the kind of person who thinks people get off of murder charges on 'technicalities' all the time...
