I doubt Nick is fully in control of his decision, and he has only the tatters of an internet 'career' to save. I really doubt that he is 1. Fully in control of his own legal strategy and 2. It depends on what happens with the motion. If it goes really well for the defense, this often provides motivation to make the deal better. But if it goes completely disastrously, as it did, now they have even less reason to settle, and on top of that, he's publicly insulted them continually. As a defendant, what you're negotiating with, what you have to offer to the prosecution, is resolving the case without spending limited resources.

If you've already cost them half the resources going to trial would take, you have a lot less to negotiate with unless you also have a billy club, like look how this pretrial motion went for me, take this to trial and you could have a humiliating loss and a ding on your up until now perfect 100% conviction rate.

People can check my post history. I was more friendly to the Faran/Cynthia accounts than 99% of the thread....

.... But unfortunately, there's at this point a clear pattern that goes on with these accounts.

I don't know what the goal was of @House Cat, but it followed the previous pattern: accumulate a certain level of respect in the thread, and then trying to use that to turn the thread into doing the Faran/Cynthia clique's bidding. It's possible that they actually thought they could be some sort of "Kiwi Influencer" account that makes money across various platforms (which as you point out, is very delusional) but looking at the chat logs the point may have been to get in contact with as many streamers as possible to try rehabilitate Faran's image in advance of a return to streaming.

Aaron confirmed that Faran wanted to do an interview about her experiences with Rekieta and Lawtube with him, which isn't going to happen. It's clear from the way he spoke about it that he is too leery about doing it on his channel. He also has legal restrictions in place currently that would likely significantly restrict what could be discussed in the interview.

Here's my actual real opinion:
If Faran really wants to be interviewed and tell 100% truth about what happened with her and Nick/Lawtube, she should offer it to Andy Warski and PPP to do it on Kino Casino. I get that Faran is unironically a Steel Toe fan, but the Casino get 5-10x the viewership as Aaron to begin with (sorry Aaron, it's true).
