He drowned a skunk. He caught it accidentally because he was literally trying to catch a stray cat and tame it to be friends with his pet cats. The skunk was not a problem, and he could have just opened the fucking cage and let it go. He obviously wasn't afraid of getting close enough to get sprayed, because he walked up to the cage and clipped a dog leash to it to drag it into a shallow pond. He failed to drown the skunk the first time, and just as it recovered, he dragged it back into the pond and chuckled about the little paws thrashing and struggling as it drowned.
So on the subject of drowning skunks. I know some old timers who used to trap skunks around my area and while I have never seen it nor felt the need they did tell me that the safest way to dispose of a skunk you had trapped without being sprayed was to drop the trap with skunk inside into a 55 gallon barrel of water and leave it awhile. Now I'm guessing Nick heard a old timer mention this and in an effort to prove that he was a tough trapper he fucked up a simple operation.

As to the effectiveness of the original story I make no claims, it was told to me by a man about 3 beers down, however I've since heard about 3 variations of it so I'm betting Nick moves to the county, hears a similar story, and either makes up his version to sound cool on the internet or actually does it. Although if he actually put a dog collar on a skunk he got sprayed and as the story lacks that detail I'm betting on made up.

From what little I saw online today, this idiot is actually not taking a deal and is gonna try to fight this out? Is this what I'm seeing?
Another settlement conference is scheduled for next month, rather than a trial date, so they may still be trying to negotiate a deal. We'll find out next month I guess, probably.

Shouldn't he be disappointed he didn't get to do right by his sons and show them how to be men like he said he was going to? Did he chicken out?
People just assumed that he meant he was going to take a plea. He could equally have meant he's going to fight it to the bitter end no matter what the consequences (which is definitely what Nick would regard as the "right" thing to do).

The American legal system is inefficient and annoying
It's moved pretty quickly all things considered. A similar case would take at least 12 months to get to trial here.

Oh, ho, I see you have not had the pleasure of extensive interaction with a narcissist like Nick!

People like Nick act like this all day, everyday, about absolutely everything. There is literally (literally) nothing that is not countenanced with dipshit weaseling, goalpost-rearranging, reality recreating, and disingenuous phrasing. It's ball(do)s-to-the-wall at all times, even there's no need to be.

It can be baffling or exhausting unless you are prepared, planful, and game-on at all times. People like this never stop, even when the stakes are zero. Take nothing at face value, or be prepared to eat it.

Remember: "the real world" = their vision of the world.
Narcs rely on situations where consequence cannot be enacted on them. It allows them to engage in endless arguement about semantics even when confronted with their own words in screenshots or recordings. The court can fuck him and he cannot do jack shit to change it. It really is the only hope of him being forced to submit, because people like him will never admit fault.

I wish lolcow immunity didn't exist. Anyone else who got busted with coke, neglected and endangered their children, made jokes about fucking kids, trashed every judge involved in the case, and illegally accessed a Google account to commit another illegal act of witness intimidation... would be fucked. He might as well rape his mom at this point since that's also on the list of acceptable lolcow behavior.

Nick said on the Melton puppet stream that he was going to take a plea but was angling/working on getting a better deal. So I assume he planned to take a deal.

He then claimed "a bunch of metabolites were missing", as if finding benzoylecgonine entails norcocaine and cocaethylene also. It's just totally unhinged. I think his logic was "well they found all three in me so why are two of them missing in her", like it's a good thing that his daughter didn't also smoke the narcotics and downed a case of bottom-shelf bourbon with it.
Especially lol considering norcocaine is only found in a minority of heavy users. Is your daughter a heavy user of cocaine that would have norcocaine present Nick?

Also, lmao lead author.

The sheer ridiculousness of his cope prompted me to sneak into a colleague's workplace so I can download a bunch of paywalled papers.
My brother in Christ, use sci-hub.se.

I lost access to journals after I left academia, but it hasn't stopped me from reading shit.

The court has the opportunity to do the funniest thing...

That is allowing Nick to believe he's gonna get a good plea deal only to be buttfucked by the inevitable. I want him gassed up and then taken down like someone shooting a midget with a horse tranquilizing dart.

He walks in all confident only to be told to get fucked.

I'm sure it works; it's just that it's fucking cruel.

Never forget that it was Kayla's attorney, not the court, that conveniently set her briefing deadline exactly one day before Nick's hearing:

Kluver25th.jpg

To whatever extent the defendants coordinate on strategy somewhat (which would not necessarily be unethical especially if it went through White instead of from Nick directly), it's not a stretch to think it was intentional to select that date so that the last-minute filing of Kayla's brief on Monday night could be used by Nick and White as a cudgel in backroom negotiations with the prosecution on Tuesday.

In that sense Nick's statement in that $100 superchat to the nonce would have been more or less accurate: he was going into that hearing with every intention to eventually plea, but because he always has to be the smartest guy in the room, he still planned on putting the screws to the state one last time about any "changed circumstances" like what could happen to his chances on appeal if Kayla's hours-old motion brief prevails, not to mention him likely thumping his chest about what could happen to Aaron's credibility on cross-examination if he gets pinched for what Nick (per his tweet today) at least thinks was an HRO violation just this morning (which it wasn't).

In his mind there was at least some chance of some small W to brag about to his whores or to the iInternet if that last-minute brinksmanship could eke one last marginal concession out of the state to make the deal happen, like shaving off a year or two of the probation period, or like dropping the child endangerment charge only while keeping sentencing unchanged, or like shaving alcohol only off the list of things to be tested for during probation, etc.

Instead, there's nothing we're seeing that's inconsistent with the possibility that the state balked and said "fine, if you really think these changed circumstances matter, then how about we just postpone until the outcome of Kayla's motion and the outcome of Aaron's case are resolved, and then you can come back and do the same deal that was already on the table before today." Thus the new settlement conference is scheduled to December 17th, which is exactly 8 days after the state's brief on Kayla's motion is taken under advisement, for what should be an unusually quick decision from Wentzell since it's the second time rehashing old issues:
@Folgers Can , this is the most retarded, schizo legal strategy. Which is probably why it's a dead ringer for his actions here.

As for Nick's "it's a good day," remember when he posted the same thing when the prosecutor made an off-hand comment that there were no victims in the case as it related to not objecting to a public hearing? And then he took that statement as a slam dunk that the child endangerment/neglect charges would thus go away because "there were no victims?" I remember. More so, I remember how wrong he was. He lies and has bad judgment. Plus, I fully believe he's just taking advantage of controlling the optics when it's a piece of cake to do so on account of the hearing being closed.

Think about it: witnesses report crying, tension, stress, and looking dejected. That didn't go away after the hearing. So we're to not believe our lying eyes and think everything is great with the Rekietas?

Nick gloats, but truth has a way of coming out. And the farms always wins.

April: you're telling me your "best friend" is someone who alleges to have only seen you platonically three times in 6 months? Sure, Jan. You're right up there with Kayla for someone who needs to grow a backbone.

Yeah, this is real, but the only people actually doing something like this are people with things like chickens they don't want mauled and crops they don't want rooted around in. You hear about it with raccoons too. I don't have the heart to do something like that, but from what I'm told if you don't kill them they just find their way right back. Usually the folks doing this sort of thing are just outside town where they can't just discharge a firearm, but not so packed in that they can't raise chickens and small crops.

TV's Wil Herren has put up a teaser on his channel with what seems to be another interview with the lovely Concerned Citizen from last time. Can Tiki Man confirm whether she was in court again today?
there was a woman there yea, I didn't catch her name but she brought up BBN and was cool and nice lol

edit: yea that was her in that video just posted

"K" from the prior hearing was at the Courthouse again today. Will Herren has teased her interview.
Edit to Add: Sorry, didn't see your post @MechanicusAdmin. I would have replied to it. Multitasking.
"Kayla and April both don't want to let go. Nick wants April but is shackled to Kayla."

Seems about right. His parents are probably telling him to stay with Kayla for the kids, but Nick is an indignant retard so he'll appear publicly with April and flirt on Twitter with her.

Then why is he taking it to trial?
Wait he's taking it to trial? I thought he asked for an extension to think over their offer and get back to them by the 15th of next month...
AKA he's hoping something changes before accepting the plea deal.

I knew she was bullshit lying, "concern citizen" my bottled ass FUCK OFF! 🥃:really:
She's one of us now addicted to seeing this shit show play out and gossiping about it.

Why would anyone buy that the cop's hand was completely saturated with cocaine and then he touched the child's head? That so obviously did not happen. Like he was digging into the bag and pouring it on her head like snow. And what, he wants us to believe a tiny iota of cocaine on his hand that the cop touched the child with, just happened to get close to the scalp and in the exact location they sampled the hair from?

Prediction: in his five-hour gloatstream finally correcting the record with the "real story" immediately following his plea, Nick will indeed display on screen a cut and cropped brief snippet of the bodycam footage showing "a" cop's gloved hand briefly making contact with "a" girl's head, and then shut it off without displaying one single frame of any other bodycam footage providing any critical context to his allegation, such as which cop was the one in Nick's clip, or whether that cop was one of the few handling the cocaine in the master bedroom as opposed to one of the other cops responsible for securing the scene elsewhere, or which daughter is even the one in Nick's clip, or whether any cop handled any of the bedroom cocaine in a manner that would have significantly contaminated their gloves in the first place as opposed to mostly using forceps designed to prevent different drugs' cross-contamination by gloves, or whether collection of the cocaine took place earlier in time than Nick's clip or later in time, or whether contaminated gloves were properly removed and bagged after handling the cocaine and replaced with clean gloves sometime before Nick's clip, etc. etc. etc.

No, all of that context necessary to evaluating his allegation will never be known, because proving it would require displaying all of the other bodycam footage that would happen to have a background resembling a Haitian refugee camp, and good heavens, Nick can't have that! Instead his conveniently cut and cropped half-second-long glimpse of a single head-pat will be enough to finally declare "case closed" on the hair test once and for all, and what little remains of his audience will lap it up like the dogs that they are.

Fuckin Cocksuckieta. You know he's gonna end up going for the plea deal one way or another since that denies us the bodycam footage. We're NOT lucky enough to ever lay eyes on that shit. Feels bad mang.
By the time this case is resolved we'll have AI that can take a source image of his Countertop of Doom and perfectly recreate his cluttered, disgusting house in 3D

K Interview is up

Seems like only 5 people total in the court room. K, Tiki, and the 3 balldo clan. Nick tried to bring a bottle of "coke" into the court room but was DENIEDDDDDDD. Seems like April is confirmed to be driving her truck. Reketias driving the Lincoln with Kayla driving.

Overall a good interview. You could really picture it on what went down....not that much went down.
