Watched the video and it seems pretty damning.
Essentially the suit would stand on two things;

• The Eula is unfair, and not transparent. Mojang is hiding information that needs to be known to the public by european law, ranging from not notifying users of their changes to outright denying the public access to information that should be open to everyone under the law.
• Mojang is in direct violation of sweden's gambling laws, allowing servers to let users under 18 gamble, and without the need to present any ID.

The problem is that the guy making this is broke, and can't afford a lawsuit basically due to government incompetence, so he's starting a crowdfund. (which ill link here for posterity: link/archive)
I've always been apathetic to mojang's behavior at best, so I'm hoping the crowdfund is successful and this bears some fruit.

That's an idea I had for if I ever made a modpack (I'm too lazy). The end has the least amount of anything in it. Shulkers are replaced by any old backpack mod, elytras replaced by jetpacks/flying. I also dislike how enderpearls are used for crafting.

Call me retarded, but I've honestly been impressed that they finally have some meaningful content as of 1.21. Whatever guy from the Aether team they brought on board has paid dividends over and over.

Besides that, things like ore blocks dropping raw ore and the resource pack changes are making modded runs more manageable and better looking.

Some time ago I was playing in a server and as I commented how I was short on trial keys for a chamber, and someone in chat mentioned how "Trial Chambers are really something straight out of Terraria" as they give loot and they are the only thing in the game locked behind keys.
And I gotta say that that's probably the best thing Mojang could do.

Just add more bosses, make the Wither be an actual boss with actual phases and movements (did you know this is a Bedrock only feature?) instead of a retarded piece of shit that just flies away and you gotta go deep underground for. Terraria has a thousand movement items and yet minecarts are still useful in there where as Minecraft with only three methods of transport they are actual dogshit.
Crank the game up to 11, the world's infinite for fuck's sake and you should be incentivized in every way to explore. Just biome variants of skeletons and zombies doesn't cut it, and I'll never not be mad for that one Mob Vote that could've added the ice illager but WOOPS sorry no you get useless passive mob n957. It helps the game build "atmosphere" we promise! btw no fireflies fuck you, enjoy taking a fucking frog through a portal and all the way through the nether just so it eats a magma cube for one single block.

I know that Mojang is aware that Minecraft is lighting in a bottle and they are scared of adding more content but Jesus. At the very least they keep improving resource packs and nbt tags.

Do you want IC2: Classic or the official one? Classic is ironically more updated. I'll be honestly, I don't play it, tech mods are my kryptonite, but some modpacks that caught my eye for the former is Tekxit pi-e since it claims to be a mix of both Hexxit and Tekkit, Tekkit The Resurrection because...muh Tekkit, and Classic Tech Pack since it seems straight to the point and is recently updated. For the latter, can't go wrong with Infinity Evolved and...honestly a bunch of old modpacks like FTB Revelation, FTB Beyond, Forever Stranded, Stoneblock, Christ what a blast from the past (mostly the FTB modpacks). For something different I guess Mac Mega Modpack which...I have no idea what it's about I'm just throwing out names. Hm, I should play old modpacks again later.
