Is Nick really trying to claim nobody here knows the names of Nick's children?
Nick's argument in the Juju appearance was that his children have nothing to do with any of his legal troubles and that he has been completely exonerated by both CPS and local prosecutors on all issues related to the children. That none of his children have ever seen him drunk. That they are total innocents who under his loving care have no understanding of what cocaine even is. That none of them have ever seen or been exposed to anything related to illegal drugs. That any test suggesting otherwise can be proven by science to have been false. That any accusation made against him was ultimately found by CPS and the legal system to be completely baseless.
Nick further insists that his children were never neglected, never went hungry and that not the slightest thing was found to be wrong at the house as regards the children. That the CPS investigation ultimately concluded all of the above plus that Nick's children were doing great in every respect, were good kids far above average in every possible respect and loved their great parents.
Nick's overall argument is that bad people with bad motives are cynically using his children to attack Nick for utterly normal behavior (using cocaine) and matters in Nick's private life (swinging & April) which are none of their business and have nothing to do with Nick's children.

So....Nick is just going to boldly lie his way out of the situation and count on the fact that the sealing of the family court records & his pre-trial plea agreement will allow him to suppress any information which could contradict his false narrative.
At this point, he has mentally finally come to terms with having lost the family court case and the criminal case. But Nick is holding on to his thin grasp on sanity around the idea that with enough lies, he can come back to streaming and revive his show. That by gaslighting and lying, he can re-make everything into the way it used to be before he was arrested.
It will not work out for him. But that will not stop him trying to make it work.
