That's over $30k to satiate his manbaby needs. I haven't even considered those stupid webhammer 5k whatever dork toys, their $3000 a month snack budget, Our Wife's Lego addiction, and an assortment of other unnecessary expenses. They're also subscribed to shitty disposable fashion deliveries, buys too many sex toys and refuses to do laundry.
How much did he spend on that gay rustang? All this money could have went to loan repayments so he doesn't lose his damn house
You forgot the speeding tickets and… wait he hasn’t paid those

I wonder if the big brained plan was to get Aaron to buy the house. And then April would divorce him and grab the new house so she can live next to her pimp. Two birds with one stone. This would solve (or at-least help) his financial woes and also give him easy access to his expanding harem.
Sadly this is before Nick learned that Aaron has the ability to stumble out of trouble last minute because all of his enemies are more retarded than he is. Truly impressive.

Aaron's uncanny habit of just lucking his way out of every jam like that always did seem oddly familiar:

Also, as a side note from many pages back, I don't believe the foreclosure will have any effect on Nick's credit score, and any extra money from the potential Sheriff's Sale would go to the Trust.
Nick and Kayla signed the loan themselves. Banks don't loan money to entities like that and require cosignatures. Nick and Kayla's credit is fucked for seven years. They defaulted personally. Also they are the ones that received the money.

No one is going to care that they fucked over their own trust. No one has standing to sue.

How rich are Nick's parents anyway? Because it's starting to sound like maintaining his lifestyle is costing the trust hundreds of thousands of dollars. Were his parents multi-millionaires or something? How swole can that trust be, especially when they have other children besides Nick as well.
They are obscenely rich. Lou Owen is Nick's maternal grandfather
If Lou Owen sold Petrofac stock by the rules described above, and was able to reinvest 70% of pre-tax cash generated from PFC stock sales and dividends, and those investments matched the overall stock market, the total portfolio derived from the IPO windfall could be worth from around $132 to $170 million by Owen's death in 2016, depending on the aggressiveness with which he sold Petrofac stock.

Celeste's dad was worth 9 figures from his oil business, and she almost certainly got a bunch of that between her inheritance and an allowance while he was alive. On the other side, Bob worked at Cray for a while at a time when everyone in computing got rich in one way or another. I'm guessing that Bob added 8 figures to that fortune on his own. It's hard to imagine that Bob and Celeste are worth less than $100 million unless they are both also lolcows. It is also possible that Bob and Celeste do a lot of anonymous charity, but they seem to be the type to mostly do their giving publicly (hence the zoo galas, etc.).

Nominally the kids might have standing if the trust is set up that way (if the kids are beneficiaries and the parents are the trustees), but I very much doubt that they will. Not to mention that a breach of fiduciary duty of the trust is very hard to prove.

I can only repeat myself, *major* lowtaxian vibes. This story is also going to end with a bullet. Let's hope it's only one.
The Rackets working at Walmart arc is coming soon.
That or suicide. Someone said he appears to be very Lowtax-like in behavior, and I can see it. I imagine he would just kill himself, especially if divorce comes into play.
The difference between Lowtax and Nick is that Nick loves himself way too much to kill himself. Lowtax, from the very little I saw of him, seemed mostly depressed at the very end of his life and didn't strike me as the guy that loved himself like Nick does. He was full of himself and fucked around with women like Nick. But he never had the urge to stay in control of the narrative, he mostly let it pass him by. When the mangosteen incident happened he got angry and never did it again. While when the Balldo happened Nick got smug and doubled down on it so much that he became the Balldo guy. I think that those two examples contrast the main difference between the two.

I think he will go full SovCit. Only way for him to justify himself at this point without saying he was wrong is to go Darrell Brooks level of insanity.

The kids are minors. They have zero standing to sue their parents over financial decisions. Especially in what amounts to a gift.

Our Wife's Lego addiction
Reading this one little detail gave me such a dark image: there she is, coked out of her mind, in their grimy kitchen, having overtaken the entire table with the newest Star Trek Enterprise Lego set, hyperfocused on assembling the model, but feeling the itch to take a bump to keep the creative juices flowing; when it is safe because she has marched off for her powder, an unbathed child sneaks into the kitchen to grab a handful of dry cereal, then scurries out like a roach in sunlight before she can return.

I hope he doesn't, but tbh I'm surprised he hasn't killed himself at this point.

If he truly took out that second mortgage on his fully paid house just to cover legal expenses against Monty...... Jesus.

Ladies, let this be a lesson to you. If you choose to be a stay at home mom and have no skills or work experience, it makes it hear impossible to get a divorce and leave. I've seen it in my own family.

God save those children.

I seem to recall he also tried to present himself as a master of social media and made himself open to consultations while criticising Heard's team. Kinda ironic considering he likes to walk around repeatedly shooting himself in the foot.
And he's so good at it that instead of his "Law Pope" branding that he desperately tried to make happen, now if you think of Nick (most people don't any more), they just think of a filthy semen-encrusted Balldo, the cringiest and most pathetic sex toy of all time, which if you use it proves you're an impotent, limp-dicked cuckold.
The foreclosure is on the Robert Lord Trust home, an asset held for the benefit of Nick and Kayla's children, as I recall. Nick and Kayla are the Trustees.
We don't know everything about that, but the "Robert Lord" trust isn't the main family trust, it's just (assumed) to exist to own that one property, and Nick and Kayla are the sole trustees. It's apparently a revocable trust, so it isn't subject to the immunities of an irrevocable trust that only exists for its beneficiaries.

There are other family trust(s) we know less about, although Nick has been and maybe still is a trustee on one of the family trusts, possibly as a way of giving him money for a do-nothing job.

More might come out if the foreclosure ends up becoming contested in court. Generally, you don't get to know much about trusts unless something turns into a lawsuit, and since generally only the beneficiaries would have standing to contest anything it does, what it does remains behind closed doors.
Imagine having to pay to have a fat homosexual pedophile as one of my two only friends... How is that gun looking, Nick?
He has other friends. He has Vito, another fat homosexual pedophile, Diddler Dax, another fat homosexual pedophile, and Ethan Ralph, another fat homosexual pedophile. Is it looking like a pattern?
The kids are minors. They have zero standing to sue their parents over financial decisions. Especially in what amounts to a gift.
Probably not about the Robert Lord trust, they're not really beneficiaries of that (that we know for a fact). There is at least one other trust they are probably beneficiaries of, and Nick has at least had a trustee position on that, so conceivably if he breached his fiduciary duties there (I assume there are other trustees so he might not even have been able to do that plus he would have been caught), they could sue as beneficiaries of the trust.

That's pretty speculative though. He'd have to have been in a position to do it, have actually done it, and then gotten caught either by the other trustees or (possibly) the guardian ad litem in the CPS case. I think he's too dumb to have done it and gotten away with it.

And as pointed out, it can be difficult to prove a breach of fiduciary duty. But something like embezzling the trust fund money and spending it all on cocaine would definitely qualify.

When you are so well off and manage to earn well, that usually makes the worst drug users and deviants who can feed their bad behavior and provide no motivation to correct their behavior. I thought Bam Magera was the worst example but Rekieta with his degenerate lifestyle and financial and legal problems compounding into the worst rock bottom scenarios I seen.

But wait, there's more. (I missed this.)

Guys, he's getting there. Not defensive at all.

He's glad The Rizzla989 is awesome, but does he wish him to make a million dollars?

maybe he'll finally get a DUI and we'll get bodycam footage of the now-licenseless Law Pope getting tard-wrangled by some state troopers.
Can admit there were times I shouldn't have been driving, but in a small town, cops know you and are more likely to let you off with a "stern warning." Got one in college, but it snapped me straight real quick. Truly makes me wonder how many times Nick got off on a DUI charge because the small town cops gave him a break, only for him to turn around and call it a "guberment conspiracy." There was more likely a conspiracy to help him, he just couldn't *not* fuck up.

The funniest thing about the mortgage and foreclosure is when Nicky had a spat with Legal Bites he went on and on about how the Rittenhouse and Depp booms were temporary and there will be lean times between boom times and that all these other Lawtubers weren't ready for lean times.
At least Legal Bytes has never lost her kid from doing drugs.

Hes not a lawyer anymore and he basically stopped doing the youtube and locals thing. So is there any money coming in?
He's resorted to guzzling the cum of every homosexual dick on the streets of Willmar & Spicer. He barely makes ends meat, and will soon resort to making his end fresh meat.
