I can't attest to the legitimacy of the timeline, but I reckon it's close enough as far as the effects that alcohol and other drugs have on your body (?).
Since Nicholas not only abused alcohol, but other substances as well, for many years, the timeline is perhaps reasonable (?). The timeline between "1 years ago" and "current", in particular, must have included some kind of escalation of drug use, on account of the noticeable deterioration of physical features that this timeframe encompasses?

We all age, and our skins sag as we do so, but the transformation of Nicholas seem rather severe. My question is if it's possible to recover from the effects that these various drugs have had on his physical features?

So as far as I saw the new things are:
- April is totally straight. Never ever into women. Presumably Kayla is also superstraight in this version of the narrative.

It was almost certainly insufficient funds but a lot of lenders require you to nominate a backup account these days. It would be interesting to know whether the account from which the mortgage payments were taken was solely for that purpose and required funds to be transferred in on a regular basis.

I'd be surprised if Nick only has one bank account, but if his income from streaming was paid into the same account the mortgage comes out of, and all of their household expenses also come out of that account it could have become very messy when his income dropped dramatically.
