It's in the order from June 7 posted by @MNPublicRecords that he needs to submit to testing. I'm not sure why this is a matter for debate since it was already understood in the thread that he needed to test for 60 days in order to get trial custody, which is when he dubiously claimed the case was "resolved".

I seem to recall în the last family court document that either the guardian or cps worker was requesting x amount of weeks (I forget the number) of clean tests before returning the children. This then lined up with Nick’s "case resolved" post some weeks/months later as a timeline and when Nick finally boasted "case closed" in November. So I think he was tested for close to 5 months.

November is when he started being oddly slurry and "heat allergy".

In that time Keanu alleged he was abusing nitrous and making April cry blaming her for being late to testing. So, I assume Nick was clean of cocaine and booze those 5 months, but getting his fix elsewhere.
