I remember a clip of him and Clunt joking around with parmesan cheese, with Tannis in the background begging for Josh to turn off the camera because they're having a nice family dinner. I wanna say it was during one of the family vacations to a water park buuuuuut I'm not 100% on that and don't have the clip on hand I'm lazy, kiss my assburgers trole
That's about the closest thing I've seen of Josh enjoying a regular meal but also absolutely having to 'hack' it, if a pretty mild example of a foodhack.

i never really thought about it but his entire diet is essentially just what they used to do on epic meal time combined with the exact same amount of alcohol if not more. did he ever get into putting fruit roll ups and those candy bacon strips onto things? i bet he loved those bacon sodas people used to sell back in the day too.
