Horrorcow Lucas Werner - A man of Spokane, Washington who is obsessed with millennial and Gen Z chicks

There's way more than 91 beds at Eastern State. If he gets picked up and sent there, I'll know. So far nothing though, and like I said it probably won't happen. If Spokane cared about the mentally ill at all, there wouldn't be so many of them roaming the streets.

Lucas would only be placed in the 91 bed section, because that's where he'd qualify for.

Adult Psychiatric Unit (APU) - APU is a 91 bed unit that provides inpatient hospitalization for adults 18 to 50 years old who are severely mentally ill and are committed for evaluation and treatment by a civil court proceeding.

Geropsychiatric Unit (GPU) - GPU is a 101 bed unit that provides inpatient psychiatric evaluation and treatment for individuals 50 years of age and older, or persons under 50 years of age with medical concerns. Included in GPU is the Habilitation Mental Health (HMH) Unit. The HMH consists of patients who are dually diagnosed with a mental illness and a developmental disability.

Forensic Services Unit (FSU) - FSU is a 95 bed inpatient unit for patients who enter the forensic (legal) unit in the hospital through the criminal justice system. Evaluation and treatment services are provided for adults prior to their trial, after they are convicted, or after they are acquitted by reason of insanity.

What's the latest with the Spokane Street Ambassadors and Wern sightings?

Have they even seen the Wern out lately at all?

but see I think FSU is just as likely. can they put him there before an arrest?

My theory is that he's in a treatment program, and they have a strict "no internet" policy. Or that's a stipulation of his housing. He could be dead. He's in poor health, so something could have easily taken him. I dunno. But I think he's gone for good.

East Hastings is where you are talking about, and it's not as bad as people make it out to be. I've been down in that area in 2015 & 2016 staying at the Astoria Hotel -- calling it a 'hotel' is an insult to hotels ; I don't have a credit card, no real hotel will allow me to stay there -- and I was left alone both times.

East Hastings is part of the DTES. It was worse in the 90's and 2000's than it is now, but it's still a concentrated mess of every negative urban social issue possible. Glad you were left alone but the fact that you were there because by your own account you were semi-homeless and don't have a credit card says it all and validates my point. It's where basically all the homeless people, junkies, prostitutes, pimps, drug dealers, etc are herded by design (hence all of the social services being located in that one small area).

I am going to stop you right there, he's not a paedophile, because paedophiles are attracted to pre-pubescent kids. Lucas is in fact a ephebophile, which is someone attracted to post-pubescent people, typically aged 15 - 19.

An ephebophile is just a pedophile with a thesaurus.

I've deleted all the posts to try and get this conversation back on track. If this guy isn't Lucas he shouldn't be allowed to hijack his thread and steal attention for himself. If he continues to act out he'll be threadbanned or outright banned even so I'd recommend it ends here.

I'm gonna stop you right there. Lucas talked about sexually assaulting his niece when she was still playing on slides and swings, talked about having sex in a preschool, among other pedophilic things.

Also, according to Lucas' half-brother, he's in the loony bin until July per another person. Looking for cap now, will update this post when or if I find it.

Whelp, if he's released July, that means his medication regiment probably won't be in full swing, in terms of effectiveness, for another couple of months after that. I would be willing to bet he just stops taking it after he gets out, and our telomeres wizard will resume his activities. Thank you for the update @QueenBurritoSupreme !

As someone with family who have had family in and out of mental institutions in the past, once he is on his own and unsupervised you can guarantee he probably won't continue taking his medication on the regular. Relapse in mental health, especially when you have no support systems in place, in depressingly common once released from hospitals. I think we'll have some more Wern this summer, but baristas can feel safe at work until then.

Okay Jamie.

On topic, do we know where Lucas is specifically being held?

Can any medical/psychological/therapy/alternative medicine/etc professionals expound upon the rehabilitation process at a hospital for psychiatric issues like Lucas is at?

Will his mental health issues likely improve or do they tend to decline more and more at his age (37yo) and beyond?

Thanks
