Yeah I'm gonna be taking a break from painting Warhammer for a bit after I finish with the bases of the minis I have.
You have to go to the Warhammer.com website for physical copies, BL only sells the ebooks and audiobooks now. If you can't find it there, good luck. A lot of old BL books are hard/impossible to find and command stupid prices on the secondary market because of it, and GW's refusal to reprint anything only makes it worse.
To piggyback off this, GW Stores sell some physical copies as well. So do some hobby stores or game specific stores.

I bought a cheap airbrush. It's made base coating so fucking easy.
You've been using speed paints for the marines correct? You might want to try using the regular acrylics later - not that you really need to anymore just dont discount yourself. Having even smaller brushes for fine detail work or rims can make a big difference. For really tiny bits I use nail liners
Nail liners are a fantastic fucking idea and I don't get why I didn't think about it.
I second this with one caveat. You'll need to increase the camera boundaries because that shit is so close to the ground you are basically blind to the actual battlefield, There's tutorials for it. While you're at it you might as well install the ultimate apocalypse mod, really get your mileage out of that game.
My EC are Scouring/Legion Wars so there’s all the CSM parts I didn’t use (fucking eye iconography) for dead Sons of Horus pig-dog failures on the bases. That Apothecary who comes with Huron is gonna become Lord Commander Fabius, who by all accounts was Legion Master at the time.

It's cheaper to publish online/audio books compared to physical publishing. Despite how popular Warhammer has become, the miniatures and video games are still the main breadwinners for GW. The books don't make nearly enough to justify paper publishing
I will say though, some of the audio books are pretty good listens, I've been listening to the Devistation of Baal and it's been fun, and it's nice to be able to listen in the car
There's some calligraphy dip pens(both normal and oblique) with some really fine nibs available, but they tend to be hard to find at retail. Speedball comes to mind for being on the cheaper end(we're talking like $3-4 for a holder and another $2-4 for the nibs) but you'd probably want to see them in person so you could actually see the nib width as there isn't too much in the way of measurements available online. There's also a handful of other brands out there to like Kakimori, Brause, etc with price ranges all over the place but still usually fairly cheap.

I mainly have been looking for something that fills lines a bit better. I've tried Nuln Oil and it doesn't really give me the effect I want
Tamiya panel liner, or oil paint thinned with odorless spirits.

I guess I wasn't entirely clear enough and not everyone knows every product in existence. At least you figured it out lol. Yeah Tamiya panel liner in black, dark grey, and brown works great. The light grey I've also used but the pigment settles out super fast so you're having to shake the bottle every 30 seconds it seems. The thing is you'll still probably want some qtips and thinner to clean up the areas around where you apply it if you aren't super careful because while the pigment will go where you want it, it can still leave tiny stains around where you touched the model with the brush that thinner can remove easily.
Will look into the brands when i get the chance, hopefully one suits what I want to do which seems simple but trying to panel line with a brush takes forever. Even when you put a bunch of flow improver in with the ink to get it to really move along the panels.
