The point of the program is to treat individuals with severe mental illness that may be receptive to treatment and may not have had access to treatment, rather than punishing them like normal people. Chris could probably be characterized as receptive to treatment because he does voluntarily take prescription medication for anxiety. Personally, I think Chris would be better served by a few weeks in a correctional facility.

Not saying idiots aren’t doing it, but a small part of me hopes it’s something else. Like maybe Chris did something lately he shouldn’t have and they’re checking in on him.

People have called Animal Control on Chris for animal neglect and endangerment. Chris took in 3 feral kitten, was trying to ebeg on twitter to saying he didnt have the money to feed them. AC visited twice. Nothing came of it, and eventually one of the kittens died.
