Aside from the obvious fact that Chris is willing to share the same tired and true stories to anyone who wants to listen, I've noticed that his speaking skills have considerably gotten worse over the years. His regional accent is stronger than ever, his cadence and tone are as childish can be, and it's gotten to the point where his impediments are almost like a parody of his 2009/2010 days. It's like he's unable to properly pronounce "L" anymore. He'll say "Mayos" instead of "Males".

Yeah, this subject has been put to bed already, he's effectively been in charge of paying household bills since Bob passed.
I mean I understand why people think that way because it's easy to mistake his laziness for stupidity,but he's proven time and time again that when his back's to the wall, he can perform all the functions necessary to survive, he'd just rather not.

I think the danger comes from when he feels he has an "out" like when he'd overspent and couldn't afford to ship a batch of medallions he felt that just posting on Facebook about his situation let him off the hook. That shit ain't gonna fly with the Electricity company.

It's official - Chris's memory regarding himself is shit. Either that, or he has no idea how babies grow, which should be concerning given that he's talking to Catie about having kids asap.

Well, shit. If Bob is responsible to exposing Chris to Sonic it looks like his input on Chris's life was just as negative as Barb's.

What's even more impressive is Sonic didn't get his public debut till 1991, Chris was born in 82 there's a nine year age gap between when he was born and Sonic's release. So he not only knows so little about himself but nothing beyond the superficial about the charterer he hold's above all others so much he will assault some one over a minor pallet change.

I was listening in the background, but I thought he said he was *speaking* at 6 months, and then regressed. I don't think he said he was Sonic'ing at 6 months.
 
Time is one of those abstracts that is completely beyond Chris's ability to grasp. Couple that with a decade of doing absolutely nothing and all the years just seem to blend together to him. Bob's death is the only significant, non-troll thing to have happened to him since PVCC so it's not like he has any real milestones or highlights for the years in between to help him differentiate them.

Also, a lot of the time when Chris said "yeah", he sounded exactly like this guy.

Well, seeing how his father operated satelitte feeds in the Korea War 4 years prior to the first satelitte being send to space it's only natural to assume Chris would carry on the tradition of being vastly ahead of his time and play a game 9 years before its release.

I noticed he had lots of personal event dates memorized, to the DAY. Is that his way to keep track of passage of time? He obviously has no concept of lengths of time, so maybe the simple math helps?
 
Remember all those people saying that "Catie" was a wasted effort and should've never happened?

Prolonged casual conversation with Chris is an absolute goldmine of insight. I can't even call this trolling - you guys are giving him real social interaction and precisely the kind of ass-patting which Chris-chan thrives off of. Hell, if anything, you did the guy a favor by getting him out of the house and letting him interact with human beings (even if under false pretenses).

This venture yielded some pretty great content and I applaud Skyraider's acting skills.
