You faggots still getting mad over baking cakes?

The core of the case had nothing to do with faggots. It didn't even have anything to do with religious liberty.

The core issue is if an artist open to commissions has a right to refuse a commission due to not wanting to portray the subject. They were offered the same premade designs anyone else would be, their commission of a rainbow cake with frosting dildos was rejected though. Ruth argued that they had zero right to refuse a commission.
Precisely.

It's the same reason Kat Von D would absolutely flip her shit if someone asked her to tattoo a Swastika on someone's chest.

"It's only fine when we do it!"

We better get a nominee announcement on Monday. Don't delay a day to get the next judge in.
There's a couple more conspiracy-minded fellows who think RBG's been dead for months and they decided to pull a Weekend At Bernies.
This is untenable for a couple reasons, but if you could cover up the death of a Supreme Court Justice, why reveal it now? Even if Trump lost in November, he's still gonna be president until January. That's a good 100 days to ram through a justice. In fact him losing would make this the final fuck-you of the GOP.
My point is, if she held on just a few more days-- September 30th, even. It woulda made ramming through a replacement just too tight in the schedule and untenable for Trump.
October surprises are supposed to be game-changers that come too late for anybody to change their charted courses. Whereas this comes just in time for both Trump and Biden to renew their cases to the nation

George Carlin had a skit about abortion where he asked why bible-thumpers didn't love fags.
The repeal of Row v. Wade would inadvertantly help Big Gay. I'm serious, it'd be a great recruiter.. by that I mean, here's this whole class of people guaranteed never to need abortions, and if you're even incidentally bi-sexual, that 1% failure rate in condoms might be enough to tip you over the edge into experimenting. Society's only getting less homophobic and more hedonistic. It'd be peak clown-world if Trump's Ginsburg replacement rules against government subsidised abortions and within a year STDs skyrocket alongside Gen Z tactically claiming gayness until they're financially stable
I still think that we will get an October surprise given what you mentioned. It's just that this is not exactly one since both the RNC and DNC can react to it. I agree with the conventional sentiment that the DNC did not kill Ginsburg to help win the upcoming election. If anything, Trump had more information on her inevitable passing seeing how close his additional Supreme Court nomination list is.
Honestly, for all of them except Romney, I think they were likely bluffing about not voting. It's one thing when it's a hypothetical, it's another when it's staring you down. Mitch, Ted, and Lindsey leading the charge are likely to carry enough clout with them to twist the arms of any fence leaners within the party. Assuming maximum cuckoldry from Romney where he actually votes no rather than "present", they would still need 5 more republican senators to vote "present" to fuck it up.
Actually, Romney's communicator director said Romney never made that claim he would not support Trump's nominee (archive). That does not mean he will vote for her (the nominee) for sure, but the possibility for him voting for Barrett/Lagoa/Rushing is on the table. Unless McConnell can come up with a great bribe for Collins, she is a lost cause and I hope she gets voted out.

Also, it's 53-45-2 (Republican, Democrats, Independents). We know Sanders and King will vote against the confirmation and so will every Democrat that isn't maybe Joe Manchin, who did vote for Kavanaugh. Graham will support whoever the nominee is (likely Barrett or Lagoa) so it all comes down to getting one of the RINOs (Grassley, Romney, Collins, Murkowski) to get in line. Grassley is, as X Prime said, Trump's best bet.

If the RINOs block Trump's appointment, I'll be pissed. Not only will it hand the election to the DNC, it will also give Harris free reign to completely dismantle our democracy.

To be honest... religion did also play a factor into this as well. We can't deny that :/

Does anyone REALLY think Trump opens his mail himself? Or even touches opened mail rather than photocopies? Also, ricin, how do you administer that shit through mail...

False flag or retard, you decide. Considering that left has been holding the monopoly on false flags for the last four years and is full of retards, Id bet on "retard".

Could be an attack on the USPS itself. Things got pretty weird after the anthrax attacks.

Its going to be war, isn't it. FFS, these people are outright saying to us clearly "do what we demand or we will burn this country to the ground". And then they give us demonstrations of how literal they are with this threat.

Americans do not negotiate with terrorists. Americans do not take a knee. If the demand is submission or fire, the choice is unequivocally fire. If they want war, then war they shall have.

Relax. Once the new justice is seated and Trump is sworn in again these clowns will get their chance to join their beloved RBG (and crabs). They're trying to get in some rioting before the hammer comes down, because it's coming, and soon.

Grassley's twitter is... interesting. Kind of worrying that this is who we might have to rely on, but I mostly chalk this up to boomerism, like this recent one he made (archive):

This actually makes me like him more. It's like your local farm boomer tweeting about rustic life. Compare it to someone whose twitter is put through a team of PR pundits, like Warren. This is actually real and unfiltered, not just hot takes meant to rally wino cat ladies to your side.
