Cyberpunk 2077 Grieving Thread

Decided to download the Codex version out of morbid curiosity. Runs at 50-60fps at ultra settings 1440p with DLSS set to auto on a 2060 super 9+ Ryzen 2700, 16gbs of RAM and a Sabrent Rocket SSD. Turning on RT cuts the FPS in half but it looks incredible. Legit the best looking game I've ever played.

But the gameplay is a joke. Even when it's not bugging out it's scripted garbage

Its confusing on Xbox if you have the most current version. Right now, the current version is 1.0.2. But if you try to update though Xbox, it says you have version 1.0.0.6, older version and no update available.
But in the pause menu of the game, it says you have version 1.0.2. Current version.
Not sure if this is an Xbox issue or game issue.

May be same on playstation. Says it has older version in system. But in game menu says its current.

I'm on Xbox Series X and it showing that so not just last gen.

With how much of a disaster this game has been I am honestly waiting Prince of persia the Sands of time remake to come out although if the trailer is anything to go by I am worried

I wouldn't call it a disaster, considering the reviews coming out for it are saying that game is great, but it's slightly more buggier than skyrim. The sands of time remake is going to be a trainwreck though.

People on twatter keep defending the PS4/XB1 issues under the logic of "well that's your fault for playing on an old system, you pleb!"

Uh, no, queefsniffers, that's not the consumer's fault for believing a developer would be competent enough to make a game that runs well without crashes and game breaking bugs after having access to the systems it's supposed to run on for 7 fucking years.

Then there's people like this making this kind of retarded statement, in a world where Red Dead Redemption 2, Doom Eternal, FFVII remake, etc exist:

I don't even care so much about the insignificant glitches like the clipping or NPCs holding four chopsticks. Shit, some of my favorite games are Bethesda games, that should be enough said. But what I can't agree with is this notion that it's acceptable to release a AAA game after 8 years of development and rush out a product that suffers crippling fps drops, random and frequent crashes and shit like that.
I hope CDPR is able to fix these issues but who knows.

There is also the fact that on the comments there s indian bots that someone mentioned that from the company using it to save face although one thing that has me hopeful is the fact that the game is in alpha what I read so the game might not be a trainwreck if we're hopeful

Versioning can be weird with platforms. The version number shown on the console itself doesn't necessarily have to match the version in-engine.

For all intends and purposes, 1.0.0.6 is in fact 1.0.2.
 
Pirated it, tranny shit aside it's pretty boring and generic. I had a couple of animation bugs and it runs pretty badly on my i5 8400/ 1060 on 1080p medium considering how it looks.
