Oh man, you must not have been around when Street Fighter V came out back in 2016.

Normally he does OK in the first few weeks when everybody is new to the game but this didn't happen here. He got slaughtered and I do not believe he has gone back to it since then even on his SF streams. Normies like you and me would probably go "Wow I suck lol" or "eh it's not for me". But not Phil. Instead he went on a rant about how the FGC was covering up defective netcode and proclaimed himself "the Edward Snowden of the FGC" for his trouble - I swear this is not a joke.
Wow... Phil has no shame. I mean there is trying to put oneself over as being wrongfully cast out of a community, and then there is THAT.
 
In his defense, he didn't fuck up making them (aside from spilling water everywhere) he just didn't know how to eat them.

Nah he definitely fucked up making them. The water wasn't even boiled properly (no steam) and he didn't cover them while they rested. Top to bottom that video was an abomination.

Is Phil one of those people that thinks since it isn't McDonalds or Taco Bell then it's healthy? He eats frozen tuna casserole, frozen lasagna, frozen chicken bake, pre-made sodium laden stir-fry, costco muffins, granola bars, hotdogs, turkey burgers etc. He has never mentioned vegetables being included in any of his "custom, homemade delicious meals". Probably the last time Kat 'cooked' for him was when he flew her to Renton.

Yes and you need to watch his old vlogs and "Cooking with the King" videos, the combination of his idiocy + making them before he realized trolls would make fun of him for being an idiot makes them unintentional comic gold.

Just off the top of my head:
* He made four egg sandwiches at some ungodly hour of the morning for a "midnight snack" and insisted they were healthy because you could add tomato to them.
* Ordered multiple large pizzas + breadsticks for just himself and Leanna (his new claim is that it's her fault he had to order it all.... let that sink in and then try to keep from laughing). Even worse, it was Domino's - it's terrible even for chain pizza and you'd think an Authentic Eyetalian would know better.
* Used a half a pound of ground beef for tacos that he made as a "snack". Equally interestingly, it was from a one-pound package and he just tossed the other half. I'm not convinced he knows how to store raw meat once it's been opened.
* The one and only 'tism sauce. We have all nitpicked it to death in this thread and concluded it is a crime against God and the nation of Italy.

Generally speaking he's not at all curious about health, so he will not make the connection and understand whether something is healthy unless someone spoon-feeds it to him (which is how he insists that frozen turkey burgers and chicken stir fry are super-healthy and a huge improvement over pork). On the vegetable front it's mostly just onions; he'll also put lettuce in his salads and occasionally have green peppers with stir-fry but that's it.

He also has some unique, shall we say, views on health and fitness:
* Because he was allegedly a bodybuilder 20-odd years ago (we have photos, he ballooned from being very thin to being obese in maybe 5-10 years) and is now done growing, he does not need to exercise anymore and "muscle memory" means he still has some of the muscles he developed back then. He got very defensive about this back in 2019 when somebody pointed out his obvious bitch tits.
* He believes that his reported weight of 180-220 (82-100 kg) pounds at a claimed height of 6'0" (185 cm) made him almost skinny. Even if we take him at his word he is just barely outside the overweight range before accounting for his ultra-low muscle mass.
* Shuffling around the mall once a week makes up for getting no exercise at all the other six days.

I became a bit of an autist on this stuff after realizing just how shit my family genetics are, so here is some free advice for Phil when he reads this thread:
* Vitamins are not regulated by the US Food and Drug Administration (read the fine print people!) and studies have found them to be no more effective than sugar pills.
* Tomatoes, lettuce, onions, peas, corn, green beans, and celery are basically low calorie filler. They're not going to make you sick but they are not substitutes for actually healthy stuff like broccoli, carrots, bell peppers, and spinach (which are all delicious fite me) either.
* Fruit and vegetable juice is not good for you. I don't quite understand why but the amount of sugar in there is absurd. Whole oranges are way better for you and probably cheaper.
* Walking is not effective exercise, you need to get your heart rate up for a prolonged period. For example, you could have not returned that fucking exercise bike you got for your fat wife.
* Nutrition facts on packaging in the US are unhelpful unless you are moderately autistic because the "recommended serving size" is arbitrary. For example, many snack cakes will be packaged in twos.... but the nutrition facts will be for one snack cake. Then with cereal I've seen recommended sizes ranging from 1/3 cup (Grape-Nuts) to 1 and 1/3 cup (Cheerios).
* It's probably easier to list processed juices and foods that don't have added sugar. On one of his MatI podcasts Null mentioned that literally nowhere he's gone to outside of the US and the Philippines puts that much sugar in food other than sweets.

If Phil says the trolls just want to destroy him after this post I will be very hurt :(

The short version is that you get all the sugars in the juice with none of the fiber and such that slows down their uptake. So it's like sugar water with more vitamins.
 
They have a tortellini soup. I feel like its just a can but its super easy to make so i don't know, maybe frozen pasta and a box of broth maybe.
