So I haven't been able to watch the prosecution's entire case, only a few days of it. Can anyone tell me if they have at any point presented any evidence whatsoever of a motive or premeditation for their 1st degree murder charge?

yeah instead of manslaughter it's man's laughterOnce the trial is over, Nelson should be charged with manslaughter for this one-sided wreckage.
Same.I knew a few Adolfos when I lived in Mexico.
No, probably mostly because he's charged with 2nd and 3rdSo I haven't been able to watch the prosecution's entire case, only a few days of it. Can anyone tell me if they have at any point presented any evidence whatsoever of a motive or premeditation for their 1st degree murder charge?
He wasn't charged with 1st degree murder lmao.So I haven't been able to watch the prosecution's entire case, only a few days of it. Can anyone tell me if they have at any point presented any evidence whatsoever of a motive or premeditation for their 1st degree murder charge?
Okay thanks. I was obviously confused. I remember reading somewhere that he was charged with 1st degree murder but I'm glad to hear that the District Attorney's office isn't that stupid. No, probably mostly because he's charged with 2nd and 3rd

Yeah, I deserve that.He wasn't charged with 1st degree murder lmao.
Ellison made noises about going for 1st degree at some point early on but I think someone told him "that's fucking retarded, quit being fucking retarded"Okay thanks. I was obviously confused. I remember reading somewhere that he was charged with 1st degree murder but I'm glad to hear that the District Attorney's office isn't that stupid.
The real trial was the breaks we had along the way. Can't blame the Judge, once the trial's over, that's the biggest break of all.
Well they charged a guy for two different levels of murder for the same crime, so I dunno if "isn't that stupid applies"Okay thanks. I was obviously confused. I remember reading somewhere that he was charged with 1st degree murder but I'm glad to hear that the District Attorney's office isn't that stupid.
I mean, people generally overestimate what 1st degree murder actually entails in terms of what 'premeditation' means but it was clearly not here.Okay thanks. I was obviously confused. I remember reading somewhere that he was charged with 1st degree murder but I'm glad to hear that the District Attorney's office isn't that stupid.
Yeah, I deserve that.

There isn't a first degree murder charge, so no. The charges are "second degree unintentional felony murder, third degree 'depraved mind' murder, and second degree manslaughter." Before the trial, there was a guy who claimed when they both worked for the same nightclub as security, they had some kind of beef, but he recanted. So I haven't been able to watch the prosecution's entire case, only a few days of it. Can anyone tell me if they have at any point presented any evidence whatsoever of a motive or premeditation for their 1st degree murder charge?
I think in that one he used the "I CANT SEEED" excuse too. Proving that him saying that was well known to the officers to think he was crying wolf.I just remembered that the defense is allowed to show part of Floyd's arrest from 2019. This is gonna get good.
"I WILL BE ENTERTAINED. WILL YOU TRY AND STOP MY AMUSEMENT?"Lmao, what a plebbit puss puss. Literally everything is for my entertainment.

its not about bias, but about fear and intimidation.Personally I don't see the reason to be paranoid about jury bias like people have said, we all saw them being selected and if they told any lies, you can guess what that means for appeals. It's really a question, or seems to be, of if the pros is so comfortable they'll fall asleep at the wheel, and if nelson can slowly and steadily introduce enough doubt to make for a level of reasonable doubt that even slightly biased people would have to accept
I think it was a mistake not to throw in some kind of aggravated battery charge to guarantee a conviction if they can't convince the jury of the weird grab bag of homicides they threw at him, which all require contradictory and mutually exclusive mens rea.I wish they tacked on 1st degree murder just to see how they can even try and prove that. 1st requires some premeditation which would be fucking bonkers in this case. As Chavin dident know he was going to murder a jogger that day or when he got the call.
Nuuuu it’s a hypoxic seizure and your watching the soul leave the bodyHe's passively kicking the officer, bigot.
brain damage before or after he met the policethat kicking and screaming is a sure sign of brain damage nuuuuuuu
I just know if a dudes name ends in X hes going to talk my ear off about dumb shit.Taking the last name “X” always seemed pretty badass to me in theory, but in practice, it’s like Mall Ninja: Afro Edition.
