A bit off-topic, but why are some of these antifa types so hostile towards the press? I was watching MSNBC and they had a reporter in Brooklyn Center doing a very sympathetic piece on the protesters. He asked something like, "do you think that the police chief should step down?" some sort of non-confrontational question that was clearly intended as an opportunity for the protesters he was talking to to air their feelings. One of the protesters starts screaming at him to get the fuck out and just reeeing all over the place. I just don't get it, most activists would be clamoring for these sort of down-the-pipe softball questions but it just seemed like she was so outraged that someone would even think of questioning her at all that she just started shrieking. Is it just weak hangers-on who want to feel tough so they go after the people they know for sure won't actually fight back?
They represent ”capitalism” (read: anything right of Marx) and are easy targets for them to abuse.
