Then it later goes on to him actually transitioning and thinking that was incredibly beneficial with no downsides. This story is obviously fake and there was even a parody greentext about a girl who transitions into a guy to gain male privilege. But I think overall this type of incel-esque mentality is real on 4chan as there are a lot of similar copypastas and greentexts like the one I mentioned (I'll post them below). I guarantee you there is a non zero chance Kevin has seen something similar to this before and that's partly what influenced him.

Some of this is due to age, but his skin texture is absolutely abysmal. I feel like he's never even washed his face, let alone had a proper skincare routine.

This gif is revolting after you remember all the times Kevie has talked about not cleaning his "vagina", all the goo, hair, and sweat that's mixed in and has been sitting inside his rot pocket for weeks, if not months.

I don't know about anyone else, but I have a decent imagination; all I can think about is how god awful it must look, smell, and (gag) taste from Wedge's vantage point. Wedge is a filthy sex pest, so seeing him very timidly lick Kevin's vagina only serves to amplify how bad it must really be in person for him to blatantly avoid directly touching it.

What doesn't help is the very long and informative posts from users here explaining what a neovagina is. I always feel a surge of body horror when I learn about these surgeries. Kevin's case is worse because he's disgusting and didn't even follow basic care. Even though I'm not a guy, seeing that ugly wound where Kev's penis should be is just plain unnatural to see, and makes me instinctively cross my legs.
