I’ve actually heard Danny tell the story of what went down that night first hand and apparently he didn’t know if the dude was gay or not. Keith came in to a bar where Danny et al were drinking and was sloppy drunk, going around bothering different groups of people. Danny stepped outside to smoke by himself and Keith followed him out and started grabbing him so Danny hit him which the security outside saw and knocked Danny out, by the time Danny came to Swindell had killed Ogden and fled the scene. Danny wasn’t aware of the extent of the situation until he was shown pictures by the police later on and he complied with the cops throughout the situation. From my understanding the gay hate crime aspect of the story came later on via the rumor mill.

Bam’s hands got too fucking fat for his big macho rings. He can’t get the wolf head ring near his knuckle. The “Dad” ring can’t be more than 4 years old and it’s been demoted from index to pinky finger ring. The only ring that can fit on his sausage fingers is the weird signet coin looking thing.

I don't think there is such a thing as a legally valid "lemme beat the shit outta you" contract. Battery is still a crime, even if the guy signs a waiver not to press charges.

This is the most embarrassing way to call someone out. Notes like these are why middle school janitors poke through the trash for a laugh. The only chance of his autistic rage ever gaining traction would be by cutting a funny wrestling style promo that goes viral. The fight will never happen, but it could make some people chuckle and pass it around. He would have had to not alienate all of the funny and talented people who propped him up for that to be an option, though.

This is why I find Bam so entertaining now as he never grew out of middle school and in fact made his middle school behavior into his career. When most people at latest move on from the behavior in their early twenty's, Bam is mentally stuck in it with his aged and decrepit body and mind. Not only he alienated all the people that propped for him, he can't relate to his age group and he is too old for the late grade school demographic he made his fortune with. I think the only entourage he has is druggies wanted to get easy drugs from him. Its sad to say that his main demographic is us watching his decline.

Knoxville is probably fucking pissed.
He dealt with all this manic psychosis with Steve-O over a decade ago and that was absolutely bad. In Steve-O’s home video you can clearly see Knoxville is not in character and is dead serious about stopping Steve-O from himself.
A decade later, these guys are all in their late forties and now the ringleader(s) have to deal with this immature baby and his bad puns (“Knox you out?” Wtf!)

Bam needs to realize that, while Hollywood and celebrity life isn't as glamorous as it is on T.V, Knoxville and Tremine were two of the few real friends he had left. Bam's life reminds me of when Rex Brown, former bassist for Pantera, saw both Vinnie Paul and Dimebag Darrel were being used by people because they always purchased huge amounts of liquor and socialized with shady people. A lot like what Bam's doing today. Which is why Dico cut off all contact with him.

What the fuck is Bam even on about in the “I don’t like what you did to my son” shit? Is he using the “your taking food out of my son’s mouth by not paying me” or Wolfe had his heart set on a Jackass cameo? No surprise after being repeatedly ignored Bam resort to using his kid as a pawn in his desperate bid for attention.
I hope to god they don’t let that kid be raised around Bam in his current state. Unfortunately I’m pretty sure the mother’s a codependent trainwreck.
