Did you read this correctly? Do you actually understand? He spent 30 seconds explaining that when you greet someone you should use your own name. Not Lucas's name. He actually thought this needed to be said and delineated in detail. He also seemed to get stuck in kind of a small loop, where he would say, "You go up to women and introduce yourself..." then get stuck on the part about what the name should be, and then reset back to the "You go up to someone and introduce yourself..." bit. He literally ran through it three times, before he stopped glitching and went on with his "point".
PS: His neck beard really emphasizes his turkey wattle in this video.

He was given a payee because he's incompetent to manage his money. The payee sees to it that whatever bills he has get paid.and gives him the rest via check for spending. When he got kicked out from Pioneer Pathway House the payee had Lucas put money aside (savings) for an apartment.
