Sonichu 8/3 - Awakening of a CPU, aka The Idea Guy Corruptions

I can't help but be amused at the irony of Chris consistently having to make himself literally god-tier with his various incarnations in these universes he's convinced exist...when at the same time he's easily manipulated into believing shit Simonla style goes on in the universe that he has no power over.

He's a fucking GOD (or goddess but again, I don't really think Chris is a true tranny, he's just confused because he likes the more gentle girl crap than the clear cut masculine interest stuff) and yet he has regressed from 'The Great Director Chandler' to 'overpowered schmuck who can totally control fiction he creates but he doesn't.'

It's a contradiction born of his subconscious desire to have the most power simply because he feels powerless in real life, while at the same time he subconsciously understands that nobody can control reality like a god and so in order for his fantasies to be real, stuff has to happen in them he does not predict nor simply wipe away unless he actively wants or needs to modify it to make him feel more comfortable.

He's latched onto this Hyperdimension Neptunia stuff because it's full of attractive anime girls, or essentially the 'Equestria Girls' of the computer industry to make an extremely loose comparison. Though I wonder what would happen if he was ever reminded of that time he ran over the PS3 with his car. Congrats, Chris, you murdered the PS3 chick because you thought you would get money.

Motherfucker now thinks he is saving the real world by imagining really hard that he is half human, half cartoon horsie based on a little girl toyline, and half (yeah, he doesn't get how halves work) three different japanese videogames franchises haphazardly mashed together.

Chris hasn't understood how fractions work for his entire life - I.E. in CWCville, the currency's lowest denomination is in CWC quarters which I guess have "C" on one side and "W" on the other, but three of these 'quarters' is equal to a dollar. Even though a quarter is named such in real life because it's one-fourth the value of one whole dollar.

There Chris completely ignored the actual reason for the name, used a basic unit of currency, and slapped it into his autism universe while somehow working in his constant worshiping of his initials.

I like the idea of having certain sagas grouped together. We have the Sweetheart Sagas, The Troll Sagas now we have 2 Comic Sagas (Asperchu and Idea Guy). Maybe we could have Christorical Sagas for shit like Blarms.

Arcs? eg. Ivy Saga, Bianca Saga= Sweetheart Search Arc. Miyamata Saga, Surfshack Tito Saga = Troll Arc. Gameplace Saga, Financhu Saga = Adult Chronicles Arc etc.

But is the current shit with Chris losing his mind about being a CPU still the IdeaGuy Saga? I kinda feel like it's its own thing: CPU Saga? Neptunia Saga? pre-Institutionalized Saga? idk

The Idea Factory Saga.

I dunno how familiar a lot of people in this topic are with the US mental health system, but this stuff is NOT going to get Chris committed because he's not "An immediate danger to himself or others".

People can do and say all sorts of batshit insane stuff, as long as they don't break the law. And there are far, far more unstable people than Chris out there (Many with topics right here on the Farms!) who aren't gonna be locked up.

I mean fuck, there was a crazy guy in a local park who used to walk around talking to himself about Jesus breathing fire. He'd frequently stop to start dancing and singing, claiming that if didn't, the Devil would make an earthquake. And even HE wasn't committed...

He's leaving our names out of it which is a good thing.
Yeah, it means he still sees you guys as actual, independent entities not under the control of his fantasy world.

You guys are seriously one of his only consistent voices of reality right now, so kudos to all of you.

But I have one request. Could you, @Marvin, @Null, or someone else that Chris won't call a troll and ignore... please try to get Chris to go back to his older comic style?

You know, the one with panels, characters doing things, speech bubbles, ect. A lot of us were legitimately entertained by those.

This "New" style with a single drawing surrounded by walls and walls of text is terrible, boring, and borderline unreadable.

Going back to the older style might get him a few new Patrons and would likely be a bit of "Art Therapy" to help him stay more grounded.

Chris seems to love the idea of all these parallel universes, but if I were him I would resent them all. Imagine if you found out that there were infinite parallel realities and in every single one your counterpart was a nigh-omnipotent demigod, a superhero, royalty, ect or some combination of those...except for you in your reality. Out of all possible realities yours is the only one were you're a fat, balding, autistic redneck with no job or girlfriend, and everyone on the internet laughs at you.

That was actually a pretty funny episode of Red Dwarf, where Rimmer meets an alternate reality version of himself that's vastly superior and it turns out that every Rimmer of every universe is better than him.

He still does that. Skip to the Drawing section here: https://sonichu.com/cwcki/June_2018

That's always been part of his style. https://sonichu.com/cwcki/File:SchuComic10P65.jpg

That's why when he "goes into" these other dimensions, he's the beautiful woman he always dreamed. Chris truly believes he can go to these other places, and that when he does, he's a super powerful all knowing being. For example, the alicorn Chris doesn't exist in the MPL universe by herself, because that super rare and awesome pony IS Chris when he jumps through the portal.

So really, in Chris's mind (although I'm sure he doesn't think this way) the only shitty 'himself' is the one in this dimension. He's amazing when he travels... that's why he wants to find a way to physically go there (instead of just mind link or whatever) so that he can stay forever. If Chris could go to these places, he would never be back to Earth.
Just give him a headset, and program it to stupid delusions; that will do the trick. Seriously, people who claim that Chris isn't crazy, bisexual, or in need of a group home have to be smoking the same shit he's smoking. I wonder if TMG and kissing men was a way for Chris to deal with his sexuality, and that romantic rejection just sent him deeper into ponyland.

I dunno how familiar a lot of people in this topic are with the US mental health system, but this stuff is NOT going to get Chris committed because he's not "An immediate danger to himself or others".

He was coerced to punch his mother by wise/boyd. He was coerced to punch himself by wise/boyd. If it kept going on, maybe wise/boyd would have convinced him to harm himself or others in more extreme ways. You're right, you can't commit someone just because of crazy shit they say but when it crosses into physical harm as it did, that's another story completely.

This is all assuming that Chris wasn't just playing along with wise/boyd by saying he did such things, only Chris knows what he did. His fantasy world is becoming more and more real to him over time, from what he writes / draws / tweets. He's a very lonely person who desperately wants attention and love. Truth is, if you're like the majority of us and just know Chris from what he puts out onto the internet, he looks as wacky as Terry A. Davis. What Null / Marvin / The Captain, etc might know is an entirely different Chris.

I find it sad to watch him spiral more into this isolated insanity fueled world of ponies, cpu goddesses and sonichus. Where years ago he was a somewhat social sped playing pokemon and yugioh cards, going out with people and drawing his comic on the side. Sure, Chris goes to his conventions still but beyond that he just sits at home with barb and lives in his fantasy.

Along these lines, another contradiction is that he's not really a creative genius if the plot of Sonichu just unfolds itself without his intercession. He's calling himself a "Chronicler" of Sonichu now, which is far more passive. He's more of a Catholic god, in that his creations have free will and he just sits around and watches what happens.

I think a lot of this stuff is brought on by loneliness, it's like a child coming up with imaginary friends to keep himself company. Chris would do much better in a "group home" type setting with other spergs and some form actual adult supervision.

Can someone briefly sum up this cpu goddess bullshit?

You know how the Japanese like to make mascot characters out of... everything? It's that. Basically anthropomorphized video game consoles existing in some alternate dimension, sort of the Japanese version of Wreck It Ralph... only with eye stabbing color saturation and flash effects that make the last Tron movie look like it was filmed in black and white. Add in a whole lot of loli and fan service and... tada... you have Chris's latest media fixation...

Chris doesn't interact socially like normal people so he interacts with media forms that wind up becoming his "friends" and overly derivative "inspiration". It's a bit sad in a way, but it's one of the common aspects of autism. And given that Chris is a bit slow (mentally) AND autistic... mmm... it's a really bad combination.

We all know he is autistic as hell, but the more I read about this the more concerned I'm becoming about Chris' mental state. It seems like he's regressing into his fantasy world (MORE THAN USUAL) and is developing a sort of psychosis regarding his god status, or whatever.

A few people had mentioned this before, but I think something weird and potentially dangerous is creeping up from the depths of his brain. There's no way he would self commit or be committed, but the fact he is now violent is pretty unsettling.

but the fact he is now violent is pretty unsettling.
Chris has been violent for years.

-He swerved on neighborhood roads just to kill a snake he saw on the streets.
-He tried to take pictures of Michael Snyder so he could use it for a dartboard, and then later ran him down. ---He killed a @Clown Doll (pretending it was Clyde Cash) and crushed an innocent dildo to death.
-He pepper sprayed a random gamestop employee.
-He wished death on Michael Snyder multiple times.
-He wanted the Game Place burned down (his alternative to it transferring ownership, stated that same day he got out of jail) by his will or someone else's fire-on-a-stick and bombs.
-He wanted Mimms's girlfriend killed.

My point is that Chris was a menace to society long before getting turned insane by greedy pussies and he must be stopped by nothing less than a squad of trolls throwing molotov picklejars through his windows while shouting JULAAAAAY.

I don't think so, I think you're reading into it too much. Chris doesn't even really understand "God" as a direct concept, he's using it simply because it's used in that particular animu/game series and then trying to "adopt" it into his own overly derivative little fantasy world... where he was already "God" in a sense.

In Chris's fantasies he's always been the one in ultimate control, he's always been the "God head" of his own make believe universe, even if he didn't directly understand the concept of "God" in such a sense, that's always been his role. The fact that he's labeling his role better as a result of this particular Jap kiddy cartoon is just ironic happenstance.

It won't last either. Last time it was, what... My Little Pony? He'll fixate on this new form for awhile, get bored, find another random new "shiny" that attracts his autistic interest and then he'll be... whatever derivative form of "God" that fantasy world has to offer.

Well, Chris in his earlier days did understand to some degree God was an incorporeal being who effectively ran everything, and given how Chris has a self-serving view of everything, took the whole "God loves you" message ultra literally, and he only stopped because the sky daddy who would bail him out of anything he envisioned in his flawed understanding of how such a deity actually works turned out to let Chris keep making dumb mistakes instead of being his divine shield.

Which is how Christianity works, you can't demand God be the builder of a hugbox for reality.

Since then, as Chris' sanity has started to fray and his suggestibility has grown, his concept of God has become ever more fluid and malleable.
