9/7/15- Phil stranded at bus station because he has no friends

Then again, I think Phil is bullshitting here. Does anyone else believe that he's arrived in Portland with insufficient funds for even a bus or subway ride? How was he planning on eating between now and his next check? He's just looking to get something for free.

For all we know, he gave up after he didn't get the level of response he expected, and just took some sort of public transportation. Of course, the asshole will find a way to pick up that cash at Walgreens, once he becomes aware of it. After his long trip, he's gong to need to refortify himself with pizza and milkshakes.

He was planning on finding someone with a ride then hitting them with a pity story so he could stay at their place and eat their food. Phil is many kinds of retarded but he doesn't seem to fuck up things that directly benefit him like his autism bux and payment methods for tattoos so I assume he's still got that card.

This is a man who blew through thousands of dollars in social security backpay in a matter of weeks on shitty tattoos and "self care". So yes. I have no doubt in my mind he is dumb enough to have ended up in this situation.

Now if that is the case I can't say, but it can't be discounted as a strong possibility.

Good points. Either way, whether Phil actually has any cash on him or not, I'm pretty sure he's trying to run some sort of scam here.

It looks like he's over-estimated the level of support he has in Portland.

To be fair, it wasn't that quick. It was about eight months, they just recently ran out. Their tattoos aren't that expensive.

The unfortunate thing about Portland transit system is that the buses don't run all night. Depending upon the bus, they stop running about 10 30 or 11.
