A Comcast Employee Has Been Fucking with DSP's Internet for Months [November 28, 2023] - Oh it's true.. It's DAMN true!

Yeah see, I actually doubt that Phil is this insufferable in public. Every time we’ve seen him in a public setting, like the bancruptcy hearing, Phil was all meek and humble.
A bankruptcy hearing is hardly a good test for how someone acts in public. People are also typically meek and humble in a courtroom.
DSP was a big nuts baller when he hosted his panel years ago. I think the key factor is whether he views himself as above or below whoever he's interacting with. He definitely views a cashier as beneath him.

@dangreene have you been fired yet?
Hasn't logged in since it stopped happening. I wonder if he got scared, or banned?

Assuming they have logs the forum posting is the least of his worries, also the fact he said he was quitting "today" on here, if he actually sent that in it'd further identify him. The good news is he wont have to work at 'cuck cast' anymore, the not so good news is he's not gonna like the minimum wage job he can get with his felony any more.

Edit: DSP claims he was terminated.

He was also pulling off a humongous scam, which he pulled off successfully, baffling and confounding almost everyone but himself.

It's unbelievable he got away with that. He's way better at grifting than he is at vidya, and I had to take off my hat to him on that one. Wow.

Maybe both. He isn't showing up in search.

I think he is a complete bitch boy in person. Remember the BK chicken sandwich he lost his mind for a year over? He never had the guts to go back inside or reenter the drive thru to get a new one, instead he blew up BK's online customer support. A lot of his DoorDash woes that he Karens out over could also have been solved if he just opened the door to his hovel and met the driver in person rather than texting him while observing him from the upstairs window like a crazy cat lady.

I'm sure he's only a tough guy to customer service reps, especially if he can type out his responses. There are a few things that are telling during his retellings of the Karen rants he had, allegedly one time the rep just flat out hung up on him and a lot of other times he seems to get ping ponged between different reps (and it's not because they're just sending him to a different department) because nobody wants to deal with The Guy.

dsp is the worst bitch he waits to go into his cat piss infested condo then acts like a tough guy talking to his dents and changes the narrative .

So DSP was always good at Street Fighter, but you, Mr. Online Lag messed up for him.

Wouldn't you literally lose your job over fucking with the customer's stuff? You have picture evidence here of that thing, posted here. I am sure DSP lurks around here. Hell just showing internal work stuff is a big no-no.

Are you stupid? lol

DSP is hardly a reliable witness. He was probably told “the employee is no longer with us” and wasn’t told he already quit.

As for felonies and LE being involved, that’s extremely unlikely, though I’m sure Phil will eventually claim that “the KahmKast guy faced FEDERAL charges for his CRIMES!”

Not only is this whole nonsense pretty unlikely to ever see a conviction and jail time, hence not something police wants to waste time on.

From Comcast’s perspective involving the police makes zero sense.

So far, all there is about an employee abusing his credentials is the word of a renowned lolcow with 300 viewers and the speculation of an autistic forum too spicy for Google and Cloudflare to deal with.

The minute you put things on the record, like with a police report though, it becomes a different matter entirely for Comcast.

Piggy is happy, he got his special ISP tard wrangler, so there’s no reason for Comcast to attract more attention to this shitshow.

The account is still there, but looking at his wall I can see why he abandoned it. Kiwi's doing the Lord's work.
Probably had another account as well or is happy just lurking.

If I’d ever use my job to fuck with DSP, whether by turning off the electricity/water, leaking his gin purchases or farting in his pie from that local pie place, I would sure as hell not brag about it from my normal account.

Also: It’s not the first time a kahmkast employee has used his access to fuck with DSP.

Congrats Phil! You’ve reached the level of infamy that there’s a good chance random wagecucks will spit in your food, every time you get you or the horse a fast food meal!

True, but think of the sidescrollers performance. It was virtually another Phil we saw. All humble and down to earth.

Even when Keemstar came on, who Phil shits on every chance he gets, he was all: “Welp, you’re quite the YouTube star, you’re really good at what you do, but it’s not my style blah blah.”

I'd be a different person too if someone was stomping on my neck in real time in front of thousands of people who want them to stomp harder. But I get what you mean and you're right.

I think he goes from badass to spineless within 3 seconds of the first signs of confrontation. If the power dynamics are against him that's 1 second.

When it comes to the Comcast saga, lame but hilarious troll. How do you get that level of access and all you do is shit that only doody would find funny?

One of the most fascinating things about Phil, and why I keep watching him is that I know he will always, inevitably get trolled. He just keeps provoking trolls. But what's engaging about it is how exactly he will get trolled. And we've seen much more creative trolls than whatever mongoloid cavedweller wings a-log can come up with inbetween smoking crack and not paying child support

I have no experience with the law or what sort of latitude people have, but I suspect without evidence of any kind that courts in the middle of the pandemic were asked to go lightly on bankruptcy claims, because there's no doubt a lot of decent, hard-working people faced ruin at the time.

That and the first bankruptcy hearing is normally pretty lenient when said individual legitimately has no liquid assets to pay off their debts too. The real confounding part of it for myself and many others at the time was just where exactly Phil was spending all of the money he was getting since their investigation found that he truly had nothing to pay off the debts with. We wouldn't get a clearer answer on that particular question until a couple months after the bankruptcy when his WWE Champions was found (though I do personally remember seeing some speculation here that he was a gacha addict before since Phil himself commented about mobile games years ago).

Phil's WWE Champions account was actually found about 3 weeks before he filed for bankruptcy. WWE Champions thread OP was January 10th, 2020 and Phil filed for bankruptcy January 31st, 2020.

It was wild watching Phil continue to spend an average of $2K per month on that game  during his bankruptcy. It still blows my mind that the bankruptcy court wasn't interested in where $5K per month in "business expenses" was going, and the judge was confused why the retard "debt-buyer" guy was even asking about that.

That was my "Faith in the Courts ruined forever" moment. It was a perfectly legitimate question, brushed off with a lie, and the judge wasn't paying close enough attention to say, "Wait, where the hell are his expenses listed? Citation needed."

With addicts, at some point it becomes less about quitting and more about still being addicted but getting away with it,and being able to satisfy it, by any means. That's Addiction 101. I don't expect him to stop even if he was hold liable in court for the bankruptcy fraud. For addicts it quite literally doesn't matter. The hit is too good.

It would be sad if it wasn't Phil.

I really don't know the first thing about burgerland laws or bankruptcy, but it seems like establishing the truth about whether debtor could feasibly pay off his debtors or not would be the main focus of a bankruptcy. Instead it just seems about filling out all the forms with a lawyer and coasting through.

I really wonder if anyone on the court even watched DSP's "khantent." If Red Letter Media, Everyday Astronaut, or Gun Jesus said they had $5000 monthly business expenses, I'd be surprised they spent so little. These guys obviously put effort into it.
$1250 a week to sit on a damn couch?

Obligatory reminder, Nancy was the trustee during the meeting with the creditors.

And yes, she was retarded enough to mix Schedule J with the ordinary & necessary operating expenses, probably because they were both 5K.

The "creditor" (the guy!) also fucked up in one of his answers to Nancy, he was right there to clarify, but dropped the ball monumentally. However Nancy was more at fault, she actually (involuntarily) opposed finding the truth because of her incompetence and cluelessness.

I doubt Nancy truly understood what Phil did for a living and a quick glance at his paperwork would look legit with his explanation as to what he does. Saying "the money I make goes into paying for my internet, games, and online gaming accounts" looks like the truth to an older person who calls every console a Nintendo and buys games for their grandkids on their birthdays and Christmas.
