Anyone who is familiar with webcomics and/or social justice might know of this guy. He's the creator of the webcomic, Dresden Codak, which is a pretentious, over-done transhumanitist piece. He's also known for being an Anita Sarkeesian butt-kisser and doing his own rebootings of popular comics. This guy is just the gift that keeps on giving with anyone who dares to criticize him, his SJW shtick, his massive ego and moments where he contradicts himself. Here's some stuff to help you get a good grasp of him.

The Church of Bad Webcomics: The podcast, The Other Side, (which is the Howard Stern of anime podcasts) goes over some webcomics with a big focus on Dresden Codak.

His Reboots: Reboots and re-imaginings can be fun (the Thundercats reboot on Cartoon-Network was awesome), but there's some major flaws here.

-Legend of Zelda: I'm all for another Zelda as a protagonist game, but he misses some points. Here's the FAQ.
-X-Men: His concept would work better as an original idea. Some of the ideas and designs are just ugh.
-Justice League and Legion of Doom: Aaron has a weird avoidance of making muscular, bulky characters and he likes to make male character more nerdy. And a lot of times, ones that just shouldn't be like Wolverine, Cyborg and Lex Luthor.
-Batman: There's just plenty of stuff that's off.

Dresden Cumfuck: This thread also gives you some major info on his latest antics.

I absolutely need to have a smartphone implanted into my butt so I can become the Übermensch! In the year 2019 computers will become sentient, which will trigger the Rapt... um, the Singularity, and then humans and robots will merge and we will spend eternity in a simulated digital paradise!!!

Transhumanists/Singularitards are LOLcows. Their ideas rather resemble those of evangelical protestants, but with computers instead of god. Also, they drone on and on about scientific concepts they have not fully grasped and ignore all facts that run counter to their ideas.

And Dresden Codak, well, Kimiko sure IS boobylicious, but this is about the only thing going for it - actually she's a very unlikeable character. I cannot identify with her. This comic is sort of like the sitcom "The Big Tard Theory" transplanted to a futuristic setting.

PhysicianPhallus: Though Diaz takes a more intellectual route. Which makes me wonder what would happen if those two were to team-up. I'd give them a few months at best until they're at each other's throats.

DrChristiantroy: I agree. There's a great irony with the original's look and origin. That you wouldn't expect a primitive creature with such a big, bulky form to be a genius.

I think what he did to Cyborg is just as bad. I don't mind Vic being more into science and technology and it would make sense since it would help him better understand his condition. It's just that this scrawny nerd look feels out of place (especially with the rest of the Justice League). Honestly, what was wrong with his origin? Other than he wasn't nerdy (he was a jock in the pre-52 version). If this was an original character (with some tweaks), who was in a minor or mid-level hero team, he'd be alright.

Honestly, I could go on with an analysis of these reboots.

Superluminal spaceflight, time travel - I have no problems with these. People who want to break the laws of thermodynamics though are a billion times worse than Chris, ADF, Nick Bate and the Golden Knight together.

I'm guessing where her second mutation has her feeding of ambient heat isn't any better for you.

If anyone cares, we can compare and contrast notes on what you think of these redesigns.

"Institute for the Exceptional"

Because people who have heat travel from a colder to a warmer body without changing anything else in the universe are exceptional individuals indeed.

Huh? I vaguely remember this guy making a post of his Zelda reboot on Escher girls. Back then I thought it looked pretty okay, but now...
Offtopic. What's with the female protagonist craze nowaday? I don't really mind that much, but adding a female protagonist just for the sake of adding one is pretty boring.

He posted on Twitter that he gets auditory hallucinations, with a link to this demonstration:

I thought auditory hallucinations were things like thinking you hear your name when it's just noise etc. but this is some sick shit.

Some would add a female protagonist to be original, at least when you consider games that have you play strictly as a male. Others do it to say they are open-minded. Really, nothing wrong with having a female protagonist so as long as they do it right such as giving her a 3 dimensional personality and not end up making her some flat character.

Looking in one of the link Yaoi Huntress Earth posted, I found this:

Ask for a response to Tropes vs Women that isn't from a nasally manchild, block the person who linked it.

Totally forgot the Gaming Tropes vs Women was a thing. God damn did people overreact to that.

Depends on the genre really. YA books have female protagonists because that's who buy the books. Despite it getting a bit more even video games and comics are still a male dominated medium. While I do think there are more female protagonists now than before I wouldn't necessarily say it's unnecessary.

Oh don't get me wrong, I'm pretty indifferent to the subject of female protagonists. It's just that sometimes it gets paraded so much it becomes annoying.

Anyhow.. It's my lunchbreak so I had some time to read more of this guy. Holy crap. What's with all the insane webcomic artists around? That said I can't reallt comment much on his reboots because superheroes really aren't a thing here in Finland.

What bugged me though was that he had to, just had to come up with "original" Ideas for the franchises. I mean why fix what isn't broken.
I do kinda like his art style though. And a more steampunk style Zelda game would be pretty cool. Of course if that happened, shit would hit the fan and his ego would soar..

I read about his redesigns on P.A. and all I've got to say is "The hell am I looking at?" Between the nerdy muscle men, Colossus' gap teeth, skinny Cyborg and Sinestro's look of "My dick got stuck in a pencil sharpener." It makes me question why he would want to do this.

I'm assuming it's people trying to be different. Plus to be fair, just having male protagonists all the time can get monotonous (that, and they can be boring too). I personally could never have one myself, just only as major/minor supporting characters.

I once read a really interesting thought that the definition of magic is violating conservation of energy.

That's one of the forms they can take, though they're different in folks suffering from a psychotic disorder

Dunno, I really can't get much hate going for Aaron Diaz. I suppose he can draw pretty well, though I'm mostly just familiar with his stuff through the Ryan North collabs (Machine of Death & To Be or Not To Be), where his ability do do damage is kind of limited, and not his webcomic.

And they still do! I'm a gamer and a feminist, so logic would have it that I should go watch the Tropes vs Women videos, right? Nnnnnno, all I've needed to do was to grab popcorn and watch neckbeards roar for all eternity. Endless amusement.
