Why wouldn't I go to chatgpt.com and type in "draw a picture of me holding a dove" instead of spending hours of time (either mine or someone who works for me) finding an artist who isn't a degenerate willing to draw it, negotiate a price, what the rights to the image are (what if I want to make a t-shirt, do I have to pay the artist royalties?), etc.

There's literally 0 proof of this anymore so it's basically pointless me even typing this. A.I is not a threat to me as an artist and it never will until it can physically stop people from producing and uploading art. What i've seen happen over the past like year is people slowly succumb to trying to make 'human' artists a community/clique and treat everything like they usually do as some social morality issue. As you said both sides are acting like clowns because it boils down to two petty sides of people trying to get back at each other instead of standing back and weighing in the pros and cons of A.I art and or trying it out for themselves and see that it is just a tool for random people to do the stupid shit they want without having to ask someone to do it (whether they are booked for commission and stuff or they're one of these petty artists that are their own worst enemy).
