While we see very little, it seems Ari is a quiet baby. None of my kids would be happy on the floor all day and one would have screamed his lungs off all day, making videos impossible.
Ari might be a quieter toddler too, but toddler is still toddler. They are designed and compelled to explore and climb and early on put everything in their mouths, without understanding danger. Alex can’t prevent an accident and Noah is a wild card. I am hoping they do go to grandparents or somebody hires a real nanny. This is a situation that could get ugly in a minute. Even if Noah is sober and calm-all he has to do is take a shower and leave Ari with Alex and disaster could happen in that few minutes.
Plus, she can’t even play with Ari, can she? No fingerpaints, sticker books, putting clothes on dolls or smashing trucks. What is she planning on doing with a kid? Turn on the TV all day?
Checking back on this thread after months of hiatus was distressing. Until I realized how much help Alex has because of her disability. Ari, being raised by an undiagnosed narc parent AND an untreated, diagnosed BPD parent in active addiction is devastating. She wouldn't stand a chance.
Unless whoever is helping continues to report the domestic violence (WITHOUT RUNNING TO REDDIT FOR THOSE SWEET, SWEET UPVOTES at the same time) and cps steps in and does something.

This is an odd grid post, and very misleading.
On the left we have a pregnant Alex, she says she was unable to swallow well.
On the right we have 6 months post birth Alex, now able to take her medicine and thus able to swallow like a champ.
1. She took risdiplam right up until she sought medical attention for the first time at 16 weeks.
2. She admits in the comments that she still has to grind her food.
This post implies she is taking big bites of juicy burgers, but that couldnt be further from the truth. More Alex lies to obfuscate how disabled she actually is.

The hardest part of my pregnancy was not being able to swallow very well.
My disease, SMA, already has caused me a lot of weakening in my mouth, tongue, and throat muscles that allow for swallowing.
Without treatment, swallowing for me had gotten progressively worse as l've aged. I remember being little, chowing down on steak and ribs and enjoying the heck out of it - something I can't do as an adult due to weakened throat muscles.
When I started treatment for SMA, my swallow drastically improved, reinvigorating my foodie nature that was dormant for so long. For years while on two different treatments at separate times, was able to enjoy foods I haven't been able to enjoy in years. During my pregnancy, I had to put my foodie joy on hold, as I had to stop treatment which made me progressively more weak. Some days, between how weak I got and my morning sickness, I was lucky to get in a few crackers.
To accommodate my weak swallow, I lived off soup, mainly @panerabread broccoli cheese. Even on treatment, meats are usually tough to eat.
Here I am on the right 6 months after giving birth, feeling strong, back on treatment, enjoying a huge fully loaded burger.
In foodie heaven if you will.
The days I could barely swallow are gone, but it made me sit and enjoy the hell out of this burger.

A few months back I raised the possibility that she was displaying infantile spasms, given the 'jackknife' way in which she threw her arms and legs out then curled them in again.
IMO these videos show this happening again.
Of course it's entirely possible that this isn't the case, but it's too similar to what I've seen before in cases like Luna's.

Alex announced a day or two ago that they have 8 days to move. This raises questions about why they're so suddenly packing and moving. Was it planned, or have there been so many disturbing the peace incidents at the apartment complex that they've gotten the boot? If they had a year lease-- which seems very likely-- then they'd have until November for that to be up. We'll probably never know, unless Noah spills it in DMs (while asking for nudes).
Also worth noting that they're leaving Illinois, where they were know to child services, to Florida, where they aren't. For the non-US readers, social services agencies are state agencies, not federal. States are notoriously poor at communicating with each other in social services matters. Illinois won't notify Florida that the problem parents are on their way and transfer their full file, in other words. We don't really know the status of the open investigation, but it probably bears mentioning.

Why is this bad? Because she refers to her BiPAP and ear donut as "mobility aids." As the name suggests, "mobility aids" are things that help you get around: wheelchair, walker, cane, and so on.

Today we've got some story posts, a video, and a small moving update.
First off, we have Ari looking like a miserable doll. The outfit doesn't fit at all, and she's just slumped on the couch, staring into the void.
What's the deal with her toenails? They're always painted, but the nail on the big toe is very long and shaped into a point. The Redditors always wonder what's up with that, and it is very strange.
Also, I swear she chooses the bralettes in pink or tan so that it looks like she's topless, even when she isn't. Any attention is good attention, right?
Worth watching, if you can get it to play. NSFW, as Alex's reflection briefly appears in a mirror, and you can see that she's naked. Because of course she is.

I didn't take screenshots, but Noah has been reposting a lot of mental health-related stuff on his Instagram stories. It's stuff about BPD, suicide awareness, and men's mental health. So that all sounds just super promising. Nothing to worry about, of course.

It's been hotter than hell in the Midwest the last week or so but they have that baby dressed like it's fall. She's always under a blanket when they take her out and while I get that she should be shielded from the sun, they have the canopy on the stroller over her and it looks like they use sunscreen. That poor baby has to be cooking.
I suspect that she enjoys coming up behind people and 'accidentally' stabbing them with her sharpened toenail. (tbh that's what I would do if I were stuck in a chair. Stephen Hawking was alledged to have a habit of 'accidentally' running over the feet of people he didn't like. I'd do that too.)
A grandfather visits and cuddles Ari! I don't know which grandfather this is, though it's never seen that Alex's own father is really in the picture (her parents are divorced). I assume the architecture tour she's referring to is the one Chicago is pretty well-known for (it's really enjoyable, if you ever get the opportunity).

Maybe we need the expertise of @Thomas Eugene Paris to check those movements out and see if they could even be seizure activity. I agree, they look kinda harmless and like a startle and I think most parents wouldn’t catch it. Much less a self-obsessed woman who has no clue what it feels like to move normally.
If she is having seizures, it might explain her passiveness. While we see very little, little Ari seems very content to sit in a bouncy chair all day. She doesn’t cry that we see, she’s just listless. Maybe she’s already accepted this s the lifestyle she’s gonna live-on the floor with people making her too hot or cold and not touching her. Or maybe her brain is losing grey matter. Mom was on lots of drugs when pregnant, it wouldn’t surprise me.
I hope they just show little bits when the baby is resting because Alex is jealous that she can’t do anything for her baby and other people are holding Ari.
