She's made several attempts to rebrand herself in the last few weeks. Rebrand or reruns? With her, who can tell the difference? Each time she tries, fewer & fewer buy tickets for whatever ride she's selling for & more openly call: "Bullshit!" She can be as self-deprecating, "in on the jokes, you guize!", 'vulnerable', sharing, faux empathic, seemingly responsive to what her audience wants & none of it is flying with an ever growing majority.
They refuse to buy into her recycled: "I've changed! I've gained all this powerful insight into myself, am working reeeeeeeal hard & am a new person!" crap. It's way past "Show Me" time & she's just not getting it.

My theory is that because she surrounds herself with grubby acolytes whose personalities are almost as empty as hers, who have equally low standards for "friends" & has done so for a long time, she can't understand that this is not how the adult world works. Trust, respect & belief in one's word is earned & she long ago squandered any capital she had in those domains. It is going to take a great many months of real progress with her weight loss & obvious & sincere changesin how she interacts with her audience for most people to even get to neutral.
But that's never worked for Miss Instant Gratification & a major Snit Fit is coming. She may once again try the dramatic "I'm quitting YouTube, so there!" crap or skip that & simply have a major tantrum. Both are well within her wheelhouse & about the only ways she knows how to react when Things Don't Go Her Way.
She really needs to pull out the journal where she listed her New Year's... Intentions & review the one about therapy. No one, nobody in her circle challenges her shit or makes her back it up in any way. Her viewers certainly can't. Until that happens, the drain circling will continue.
