Horrorcow Andrew Ditch / Andy Ditch / The Poopsquatch - Middle-aged diaper and scat enthusiast. Pretends to be autistic so that his mother will change his diaper.

I'm new to this guy, and here is what I don't understand: He wasn't a tard before his car accident, right? From what I am seeing, he used to be a functioning member of society and behaved rather normally. After the car crash, he became this weird autistic baby pee pee poo poo diaper goblin, something doesn't add up. Is he an actual tard or is he just really dedicated to the act to get people to play along and change his diaper? I've never heard of people who start behaving like this after an accident, brain damage or becoming a vegetable are one thing but this isn't it.
Anecdotes on Andy vary, from his brother/stepbrother Michael allegedly sexually abusing him, to him having behavioral problems as a child. His parents are also hoarders, so they evidently have issues of their own.

Whatever went wrong in Andy's life, none of it excuses his behavior. Even people who claim to be mentally disabled say he's, ahhh, shall we say, full of shit.
His brother playing the trumpet to make him leave is one of the funnier things I've seen in a while. Get the rest of the family wind instruments so they can finally be free of this thing.
there aren't any funny moments, no troll antics, no trainwreck appeal...
The funny parts are when he finally faces consequences. The oil diffuser incident is Andy in a nutshell; he's annoying and unreasonable as all hell, but when Officer Brantley says "okay, you're going to to jail" and "STAND UP!", and Andy starts crying and flipping shit, it is sooooooo satisfying and worth it.

I stumbled upon this cow only just recently. For someone who claims to be so incompetent he’s weaponized every MHMR buzzword he could find.

Andy just posted this to YouTube. Out of jail
-edit I just looked a few pages back and got my answer.
Andy sounds angry he was in jail.
This is why I am innocent and unable to cross the street or take care of myself. I am not faking my autism. I am not self diagnosed myself with asd. I did not diagnosed myself with intellectual disability. I did not tell doctors I have intellectual disability. my doctors say i have this diagnosed. My doctors say I need a guardian and group home and OPWDD. Hospital evaluation me and see I need diaper changes, help fit diapers, help with hygiene and it a life long issue. how can I fake back in 2000 and in 1993? not a baby. not a rule breaker. not lazy. I am not able to do these things myself. I always need help. I have proof. it's a life long condition. city of Tonawanda police needs to be sued. Erie County needs to be sued cleavand cops need to be sued dad said multiple state investigation city of Tonawanda , Erie county, cleavand. forensics have these same records and more. Erie County commissioner got fired aps workers got fired. Civil Rights complaint works.

This is interesting to me. There are tutorials online on how to get an autism diagnosis, it's not easy but it's fakeable. Hell if I didn't know he was a faker, I would have believed he had it. For someone who's so obsessed with it, how did he fuck it up so badly?

Anyway, I hate it so much when he says "My name Andy." He does that all the time with police and medical staff, he'll ask their name and then go "My name Andy" with the most annoying affect possible, regardless of how lucid and eloquent he's been until that point. Drives me up the fucking wall.
I think that Andy's inconsistency is really irritating to a lot of people because it's so blatantly obvious. I think you put it best, he's able to carry a decent conversation without any grammatical fuckups and then bam, he hits you with the "me Andy. Andy need help not be 'bused." He gets so enraged when people don't buy his shit that the baby-mask comes off and Sovereign Citizen Andy takes over. I said this about a week ago, but his shitty way of explaining away the evidence of him behaving more coherently is "oh, I know a lot about that because that's my special interest," or "my autism gives me the ability to remember things really well." It's like there is no reality for Andy, life is just one big baby diaper roleplay session where he's constantly making up his own rules in order for everything to align with his narrative.

"city of Tonawanda police needs to be sued. Erie County needs to be sued cleavand cops need to be sued dad said multiple state investigation city of Tonawanda , Erie county, cleavand"
does this mean his dad helped him get out, and is now throwing a fit over how his retarded son was treated in police custody?
also, i noticed...yesterday was the 3rd, when people usually get their ssi checks. maybe andy had his card with him when he got arrested, and his father needed access to the money?

What the hell? I'm not hearing any audio
(Edit to avoid double post)
So he added all these things himself, right? It looks like some PCP portal where you can raise concerns to talk about during your next appointment or somerhing like that.

I already talked about diagnoses yesterday but I'll say more since he's bringing up childhood docs and it's something people in the thread have been curious about since the beginning (I just scrolled through the whole thing this week. God save me)

Looks like a standard progression throughout his childhood from Oppositional Defiant Disorder -> Conduct Disorder -> Antisocial PD. I can't figure out why he was never diagnosed with ODD/CD, or even Intermittent Explosive Disorder, Disruptive Mood Dysregulation Disorder (didn't exist until 2013), or anything regarding his outbursts. He literally assaulted his mother and threatened to kill her.

Laughing my ass off at his note here. If this lunatic was wearing diapers and smelled like pee/poop, they would have said THAT... He was definitely just not showering or washing his clothes regularly, which isn't uncommon for mentally disturbed teenagers.

This is what I meant yesterday when I said psychiatrists don't have the full scope of symptoms. They don't know about Lawyer Andy or the other antics he gets up to at home/online.

I really don't even want to watch this whole thing, psychiatrist notes are usually so interesting but his commentary and the audioless video is insanity inducing I'm getting MATI. Every time he writes "ASD" I want to throttle him God shut the fuck up retard stop threatening to kill yourself and do it already

A lot of it was OT and SLP notes, so no bombshells.

The last document, from 2022, listed one of his existing diagnoses as hidradenitis suppurativa!

It wasn't in his MyChart, though, and as we saw at the beginning, MyChart catches every single thing your doctor's coder ever added for reimbursement.

There's no way he has hidradenitis suppurativa without complaining about it and, given the state of his hygiene, oozing through clothing. Do you think he just presented with an excoriated fungal rash once, HS was listed as one of the differentials, and then it just got blown into the last dictation automatically?

Highly unlikely. He always mentions his parents or Joe when trying to make a situation more believable. It's the same thing as when he says APS has made any number of ridiculous claims when in reality, when he calls, he is barely tolerated by them if at all.

The person claiming to always sue is and always has been Andy. That's it. In his head he's sued every organization, doctor, nurse, police officer, convenience store worker, and civil servant he's ever come across. When he slips in a third party it's him trying to make the threat hold more weight.

I have read quite a bit of the thread and I am still processing that this dude would throw away what amounted to a pretty stable life just so that he could roleplay as an autistic tantrum toddler that shits his diaper. I was merely intrigued as to if that car crash actually did impact his mental health or if it was just an excuse. I'm not familiar with the disease that OP has listed so I didn't want to be wrong. Doesn't excuse the treatment of his parents either way.
I guess there is still more lore I haven't uncovered yet, so back to lurking I go.

The Brain is a strange thing - all it takes is a few mismatched wires and now you have a diaper fetish. But yeah I think the car crash is a huge part of why he is the way he is today.

Is Andy sexually assaulting his brother a new revelation?
It was the other way around, and no. It's also not proven, as Andy himself denies it. He's hardly a reliable reporter, but it's rare that he dosen't jump at any chance to be a victim so it's telling that he says it didn't happen.

He flip-flips on saying it happened in the same way he'll also (rightfully) deny having autism. Whatever gets him the most attention at any given time is what he believes.

Wow, who would have thought Andy would have a history going back to his teens of lying, making up stories and extreme attention seeking behavior? The car accident didn’t scramble his brains, he’s always been this way. He tried to hold it together for a few years but his true nature couldn’t hide forever.

The car accident did fuck his brain a little bit, specifically his executive functioning and you hit on it exactly: 'his true nature couldn’t hide forever.' Just like his abusiveness was always there, his scat fetish was as well, just waiting to come out.

Before the accident he was a wild piece of shit, but I feel like the accident unlocked his propensity to behave in ways that weren't prevalent before, specifically the shitting and diapers thing. I feel like he was always fucked in the head but there were signs that he was trying to at least behave like an adult in some limited aspects (A Best PC, independent living in an apartment), but after the accident that kind of willpower has evaporated away as he has willfully regressed into a demented manbaby.
