Why are people assuming that they want to put Chris in a group home? If it's because of the "transport order", those are usually used (in my state) to bring inmates from jail to the courthouse for their hearing if it's going to be in person and not virtual. They can't just cart inmates around whenever they feel like it, they need an order from the court to move them.
Because as I recall the difference is that this is a court-ordered transport. If he was just hauled around “internally” within the jail/court it wouldn’t show up or show differently.

No, there needs to be a court order for an inmate to travel to court. Basically any time they leave the jail there needs to be some approval for that.

Because people have no actual idea what's really going on and they're trying to make guesses based on the minimal info available.
I wonder how many people looked up where Aunt Harriet and Uncle Tom live at and or found their phone number constantly calling them for Barb's side?

That's disrespectful to the intelligence of goldfish. We just have a bunch of lazy faggots and entitled Johnny-come-lately types these days who can't be bothered to actually read threads and familiarize themselves with a simple FAQ.
There should probably be a clippy thing that comes up whenever someone posts that. "You appear to be trying to say Chris is in prison. Would you like help to not be a moron?"

Getting distracted constantly while thinking about Sonichu or something while riding a scooter/moped is basically a recipe for Chris dying in a horrible collision, or at the very least getting horrible road rash cause ya know he's never gonna wear protective gear.

What's your point?

soon they will realize Chris is basically impossible to fix

They don't care about fixing him. This is all about management, not redemption.

He does not turn violent

…unless he thinks he can get away with it.

Talk about not getting back on the bike once you fall off. It's funny that Chris puts most of his effort in trying to get a girlfriend that turns out to be a troll, and later engages with them, but can't use a bike again because he hurt himself. It's like the bike hit Chris or something.

That's not surprising. Chris responds to even small amounts of physical pain a lot more reliably than mental discomfort, because mental pain requires a certain amount of mentality to work with. This is why a shock collar would be more effective at correcting his bad behaviors than trying to reason with him.

I think Patti had a shitty life. Tied up outside and occasionally visited by the retard that would sign her death warrant . But at least Bob made sure she had actual dog food. Snoops was fucked from the get go. Beagles are working dogs and don’t make that great of pets. They certainly shouldn’t be owned by people like Barb and Chris and I’m sure every moment was agony as Snoops got larger and the casement of fat grew around its heart. Then there’s the cats. Old 14 BC was like the Roach Motel for cats.
14BC somehow had less early animal mortality than Bella Janke's pigsty

At least Chris's dogs would die of old age and being fat, Max the doxhound was put down after the vet found 9 simultaneous infections less than a year since Bella "adopted" it

I blame it on pop culture using jail and prison interchangeably for decades
Although the reason people aren't paying attention to it is mainly laziness, jail (or gaol) and prison were synonyms for hundreds of years, and the distinction between the two was made only relatively recently (and only in America). So people not distinguishing them are preserving an older form of the language.
Incidentally, while checking the Oxford English Dictionary, I found out that the original spelling of jail was gayhole:

The earliest meaning of prison was "the condition of forced confinement", but it seems this distinction was lost in the 1200s.

The falling off the bike and the Un-clit are good examples of this.
If only Borb used a shock collar on Chris after he graduated college...

Pretty much this. Chris has had multiple chances to redeem his unacceptable and despicable behavior. There is no way he can redeem himself now after his actions from last year. The best thing for Chris now is for someone to manage his behavior, because like his spending, Chris is out of control. If only it would be feasible to use a shock collar on Chris now.

I'm a big fan of saying that Chris is in the "gayhole" regardless of what facility he's in.

What good example? He literally created a second un-clit with a knife this time, he's literally unteachable
What I meant by that is Chris' pain tolerance. With the bike, he fell off, scratched his knee, and as far as anyone knows, refused to ride it. Whereas Chris cut himself and kept at it.

…unless he thinks he can get away with it.
Hell, the Gamestop Mace incident proved that he’ll turn aggro not because he thinks he can get away with it, but because he feels he’s justified/entitled to respond with violence - and that was just him “defending” the colours of Sonic’s arms.

Now he’s LARPing as Jesus so who knows what he’s capable of justifying in his sperg brain? Things might actually get real ugly. He’s constantly wishing death upon “toxic people” in the jailhouse letters after all.

Bob was old fashioned enough to probably think that getting Chris a bike would be enough to get him out of the house. There was probably a point in Bob's life where he thought when he taught Chris how to ride a bike, he would naturally go to a park and make friends with the neighborhood buys like he had as kid growing up in the '30's..
Home gaming systems were popular (Im in his age range SNES was especially with kids who didnt have the system or were only allowed to play on rainy days, so theyd come over to play, and Id in turn go to kids houses who had more games or different ones) but so was riding bikes around, playing in the Park, climbing trees, pickup games like Baseball or Trip Tag or dodgeball played with tennis Balls... Thinking about it, its probably best Chris stayed indoors, assuming City Kids arent as tough as Hillbilly ones in his Hick town.

When I was in gradeschool there was a kid my age who lived on my street who was legit retarded. Had the facial look, speech and went to a different school. Guy still went outside to play and rode a large trike with a big metal basket in the Back. We'd take turns sitting in the back in twos or threes while he'd pedal us down the street with tard strength... Being mentally handicapped is no reason for someone to be like Chris. Chris is honestly and truly reeeeally exceptionally special.

I blame it on pop culture using jail and prison interchangeably for decades and the fact that the average person will never have any encounter will law enforcement.
That and it’s literally called “The Prison Saga.” That has definitely confused at least a few people
Not to mention the “prison letters” tag. I understand why people make the mistake.

If you check out other records on the site, you'll notice that transfer orders aren't detailed in cases where people are either on the way to a civilian care facility or on their way to prison. Chris is on his way to an asylum again and since he accidentally doxxed one of their workers (who was later harrassed), he's going to have a very, very hard time if he goes back to the same place.

Gayhole is oddly apt lol

Normally later Old English is somewhat readable, but that second sentence is a doozy. The sentence structure is all German-ey and a lot of the words' meanings have evolved or the words have been dropped from the language. Something like "She had him sent to a very dark room in the jail." Kinda. Derk isn't exactly dark, put isn't exactly a room. There were less words in the language and the meanings are fuzzy.

No, there needs to be a court order for an inmate to travel to court. Basically any time they leave the jail there needs to be some approval for that.

I already explained why this isn't likely. The current log for Chris's case contains 4 transportation orders - the newest one we aren't sure of (and VINE shows no movement), and 3 priors.

We know Chris went from:

1, Henrico Co Jail to Central Virginia Regional Jail.
2. Central Virginia Regional Jail to the Mental Hospital
3. Mental Hospital back to Centra Virginia Regional

If they had a 'transportation order' for every movement to court house, there would be at least 1 more transportation order, if not 2, because we know he was in court at least once for the stomping incident ("I want my toys NOW"!).

It also roughly fits with the autism deferment and the oddly far out continuance, not to mention what Chris has said in his recent letters about Region 10 and waiting for a bed to be open.

I remain convinced that the real reason the macing incident happened wasn't so much sonic's arms as it was Chris wanting to feel like an empowered woman. Which to him was copying what he saw in pop culture and thus the mace - in the video you can clearly see he looks left and right like a child not wanting to be caught before he takes the mace out and sprays the guy. Additionally, in FB posting after he was bailed, he claimed he tested the mace on himself and had no ill effects (because the idiot sprayed it on his arm like suntan spray-on lotion).

I'm pretty sure he was carrying around some kind of bat as well, though that could be some bleeding from what I recall of ADF's trans arsenal. Fuck we've been following these weirdos for so long.

14BC could be haunted by the dead beagle. I know nothing about the paranormal but haunted places are supposedly haunted because individuals suffered great mental and physical agony during their lifetimes at that location. Perhaps in the future Zak Bagans will tard out at 14BC trying to get an EVP of Bob saying "DO YOU REALIZE?"
SHUT THAT GODDAMN THING OFF!
