It's been bugging me that Chris keeps using "feeling safe" as an excuse. That's an odd word choice and I can't figure why he keeps using it.

It doesnt really bode well for his case though. We already knew legally insanity was unlikely, but it also doesnt really seem like he is so incompetent that the prosecution would take pity on him and see that as a mitigating factor in his actions.

Prosecutors care about successful convictions . They dont necessarily care as much in terms of what charges . I wasnt suggesting the prosecutor just shrugs and walks away from the case. However such a thing as prosecutorial judgement exists, and what the prosecution pushes for in terms of charges as well as what he or she accepts for a plea is heavily dependant on the nature of the case.

Kacynzski was also noted to be much happier being in ADX Florence than he was in his cabin since it was barely any bigger than his cell and was already disconnected from modern creature comfort so he could focus on his manifesto and other writings. He's still doing the same thing and has been allowed to read letters addressed to him from the public so he has the satisfaction of knowing he left an impact on US history in some form. Exactly the same circumstances as Chris.

Also Chris didn't refer to himself as Christine so whatever delusions make him stop being a troon are fine by me.

I don't know for a 100% fact, but I believe it depends entirely on where he ends up. He'll either be in a sex-offender pod or retard pod if they have one, or else in solitary in The Hole. If he dosen't go to an actual prison but just serves his term in jail, they will almost certainly keep him in solitary for the duration.

I love Chris' reasoning when he talked about why he stole from Barb, it's absolutrly insane.

He claims it's a test to see who was still faithful to him, and Null failed this test by revealing this information online. Chris' ego is reaching new heights here: he can get away with doing any amoral thing (of course he will still try to justify it anyway), and anyone who betrays him and doesn't have faith in him is wrong. It doesn't register in his head that raping and stealing would make people rightly lose faith in him.

He also claims he would have totally returned the money, believe him bro, had Null not betrayed him. Totally! He'll get the money from... uhhh... hmm...

He also cites Malachi 3:6 to 10, which doesn't apply to his situation at all. Malachi 3 is generally about God's covenant with Israel and how Israel should pay its tithes if it wants to see prosperity from God. It has nothing to do with faith, in fact only in the NT does Jesus talk about faith and its relationship with the tithe. Also Chris picking Malachi 3 is indicative that he's getting his Bible knowledge from sketchy sources; Malachi 3 is often used by Prosperity Gospel preachers to justify their predatory tactics.

Finally Chris says that his current situation is a result of "overdrama". Stop being so dramatic guys, he only raped and stole from his mom, it's no big deal!

I hope these letters continue. It's fun to see how his mind will further degenerate in jail, especially considering this is the first time he's reading the Bible.
