Why does 130 need to be expedited? His argument in 132 suggests that every filing from 129 onwards is moot viz. 128 (Notice of Voluntary Dismissal) apparently closing this file on 11 April 2022 12:57 PST. Does he not have any confidence in his own argument?

I'd say before Friday. Stabbins is busy shitting out motions for his lolsuits. So it'll probably take him a couple of days to get around to trying to take down his thread here.

Perhaps. But given that his filings appear to be fueled by mania and copypasta, he may smash them out so quickly that there'd be just enough time between filings for him to darken Null's virtual door with a spurious DMCA takedown notice or six.

One of the archives of the tweets brings up the self-made connection (another tweet archived). The video itself is still up, but Stabbins edited out the mention of it when confronted on twitter – the length of the video in the tweet is 8 seconds longer. The video itself is half of gigabyte so I can't reupload it here directly.
Techdirt beat us to the punch on Acerthorn by a little over a decade, making him their own pet retard over multiple articles back in 2011.

Because it is extremely damaging to his case. Motions for Default Judgments are not rubber stamps; it is up to the judge's discretion to grant or deny the request. The court considers the following factors: (1) the merits of the plaintiff's claim; (2) the sufficiency of the complaint; (3) the amount of money at stake in the action; (4) the possibility of prejudice to the plaintiff; (5) the possibility of a dispute concerning material facts; (6) whether the default was due to excusable neglect; and (7) the strong policy underlying the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure favoring decision on the merits. Eitel v. MCCool, 782 F.2d 1470, 1471-72 (9th Cir. 1986).

If the Motion to Dismiss is considered, it gives the judge excellent reasons to deny the Motion for Default Judgement because it casts doubts on (1) the merits of the plaintiff's claim; (2) the sufficiency of the complaint; and (5) the possibility of a dispute concerning material facts;

Why is it that dipshits like this (hyper-litigious lunatics) never decide to target each other instead of taking potshots at random people who annoy them?

I've noticed the same thing about sovcits too. They never seem to level their laser-honed legal acumen at each other, preferring to focus exclusively on defeating the government instead.

Maybe they just don't go after each other because they're afraid of facing opponents of their own skill level. It's a shame, too -- seeing this imbecile go after Greer or Melinda would be god damn hilarious.

2 more reasons:
1. Nothing to gain suing a fellow hyper litigious lunatic, they're all dirt poor
2. They rarely get involved with each other and therefore won't become the target of a vendetta
