Recall on the last episode, the magistrate Judge denied Stebbins' ask for liquidated damages and imposed a 45 day wait before he is allowed to again complain that Jones isn't cooperating.

On this episode, in fairly classic form, Stebbins considers this to be evidence of the Judge's bias against him and, after relitigating some previous arguments, requests the district Judge overturn the ruling, and that the magistrate Judge be referred for sanctions.

Not really the tact I'd choose if I had an $1800 win literally in my pocket, but I guess that's just me.

You know who immediately came to mind was serial killer and rapist Lawrence Bittaker. He filed 40 frivolous lawsuits against California while in prison, including claiming that being served a broken cookie was "cruel and unusual punishment". Needless to say, he got muzzled as a vexlit.

Welp, that's yet another solid loss for Mr Stabby.

It's not all fun and games though. Stabby still has his defamation lolsuits against Creetosis and SidAlpha going but at least the smaller fish are free from Stabby's vexatious net.

Here's to hoping the magistrate tosses both defamation cases and Sid gets another vex lit label slapped onto our scummy buddy.
