Glorious. $1500 of his $1800 settlement is going to go to the court. He can't show good cause here, because there absolutely isn't any. PayPal F&F 100% does NOT deduct anything, and he damn well knew it after receiving those first 2 payments. He straight up lied to the court and tried to play stupid word games about this complete non-issue, and it's gonna bite him. Ya love to see it.

I was thinking more about this and I just realized he was trying to get, what, $4 extra per payment with the Paypal fees gambit? Which is, what, not even $75 extra total over the entire 18 months of the settlement? I know technically he was using that as a bludgeon to try and extort even more from ZZ, but he totally fucked himself out of the easiest money he's ever made for a retarded gambit that made no fucking sense.
