That’s gonna be where any future action will occur. I foresee a flood of mass uploads of the mod, which will hilarious when the jannies have to clean up the mess clogging up Nexus.

and Enclave-posting will continue to increase in popularity.
What the fuck is their obsession with not letting you play as the fucking Enclave? Quite literally, it's the most popular Fallout faction aside from the Brotherhood of Steel and MAYBE Caesar's Legion. Saying that it's pointless because they're a fascist power fantasy is ignoring the fact that the Legion quite literally IS a fascist power fantasy complete with a Supreme Leader (Caesar), his secret police (the Frumentarii), his SS/protection squad (the Praetorians) and the fact that they genocide or forcibly assimilate tribes while destroying their identities. Quite literally, Fallout New Vegas allowed you to cosplay as a bona-fide fascist, complete with you being blindly obedient to the wasteland's version of Il Duce, and it's basically a power fantasy with you running over mostly incompetent and weak NCR troops who only have a handful of power-armored soldiers and rangers that can pose a threat against you.
The Enclave is basically 1950s America refusing to die. In a world where the culture was stuck with 1950s America before the bombs dropped, it's only proper to allow players to roleplay as a proud sentinel of that 1950s American culture, just as how if you set up a roleplaying game in Star Wars' Galactic Civil War, you need to leave room for the people who want to roleplay as the Empire and the Sith. Sure, many will roleplay as members of the Rebel Alliance, or as Jedi survivors, or Smugglers and Bounty Hunters, but there will of course be those who wish to play as the most iconic villain faction of that series.
Ever since Fallout 2, the Enclave has been a well-loved faction by the fanbase, down to the point of flanderization. Especially when you've got characters like Sgt. Dornan, Frank Horrigan, that random comm officer who sends the Vertibird strike team against you, President John Henry Eden, and Arcade Gannon among the Enclave's lineup. Some of the best speeches and quotes from the Fallout universe come from these characters, from Fallouts 2, 3, and New Vegas. What if someone wants to be the next Sgt. Dornan or Frank Horrigan, some kind of shocktrooper for old America fighting with those noobs among the NCR and the Legion and wiping out those deserters from the Brotherhood? What if someone wants to be like say, Arcade Gannon, using the Enclave's tech and knowledge to help the wastelanders? What if someone wants to roleplay as a character who was moved by the propagandist statements of the likes of John Henry Eden to restore America to its rightful place in the world? Given how far and wide Enclave Radio reached, surely there must at least be more than a few Vault Dwellers inspired to join the Enclave who have the human purity that the Enclave sought.
That, and considering the fact that the likes of Enclave Squad Sigma and the Enclave Remnants in the Mojave are willing to work with not-so-pure folks like Stiggs and the Courier, it's quite obvious that they've lost their "purity of humanity" nonsense between Fallouts 2 and 3, considering the fact that Colonel Autumn wants to recruit random wastelanders regardless of radiation levels and one Enclave doctor even works for the mutants in Jacobstown. So even the excuse of "they won't recruit you because you're not pure human" no longer counts. The Courier wasn't confirmed to be a pure human, yet they can still get in the good graces of the Enclave Remnants and even learn how to use power armor from them AND get a free suit of power armor that makes all the Brotherhood power armor models look like shit.
Also, considering that Trump is in bed with the libertarians, to call Legion characters "Trump Supporters" is rather inaccurate. Especially when the man practically allowed local politicians to determine each state's response to the Beer-bug, which had devastating results. Caesar's Legion would never allow such a loose response to a crisis, and neither would the Enclave. An actual fascist, or an Enclave/Legion official would have used the bug to centralize government, eliminate local politicians and replace them with yes-men lackeys, and use the phenomenon as an excuse to centralize power further into the hands of the executive branch and suspend further elections. Like what a real fascist would have done in a time of crisis.
Moral of the story, keep in your pants not your projects
If they had smut that was actually canon to Fallout, it could have worked. Like say, have NCR and neutral towns be filled to the brim with brothels that cater to every type, New Reno style. Or have Legion camps with female sex slaves. Or a raider outfit you can join that has male and female sex slaves or sex with other raiders. Maybe you can get in good with a raider boss and plow him/her, like how you can get into Red Lucy's good graces in The Thorn after getting all the eggs she wanted. Anything else would have been better than screwing with lizards while blocking out one of the most in-demand factions in the entire Fallout franchise because "hurr durr meaningless fascist power fantasy". I'm sure that trying to rebuild America isn't a meaningless fascist power fantasy. When Rome fell, there was no shortage of people trying to rebuild its Empire. So no shit, America would have the same thing, especially if surviving remnants of the government are actively trying to rebuild the nation.
