Feb 28, 2022 - Chris transferred to another facility

Agreed, but that brings up another problem: what would living with Chris be like? Will a room mate or a group home be able to tolerate him? His mom only reluctantly tolerated his dirty crapped briefs or shit encrusted sheets; how do you think the rest of the house will feel when they have to clean his crap out of the sheets when they have to do laundry? How do you think they'll tolerate his deviant sexual behavior? Chris has a bizarre habit of taking his clothes off a lot and I can't figure other people living with him will enjoy encountering that. If he has some kind of tard wrangler or staff or something, do you think they'll tolerate Chris getting an attitude and refusing to listen to them? How do you think they'll respond to his retardery? Seriously, when Chris gets out of jail, I can easily see things going worse than they would of had he just stayed behind bars.
One things for sure, he'd be an absolute basket case for whoever has overall responsibility of him. If left to his own devices he will end up doing something stupid again, but the thing is are the state going to be looking after Chris in the near future indefinitely? Even though Chris is a major selfish cunt and doesn't really deserve a helping hand, the morally right decision is yes, the state has mostly failed him in life (half of it was also because of Borb as well, let's not leave that out) and he should be under permeant supervision, but realistically probably not, unless they're able to deduce that his mental health is worse then we thought and he isn't capable of living on his own in any capacity.

Even if they do manage to chuck him one of those tard homes, they may accept him at first, but I think it's just inevitable he'll make a nuisance of himself and cause problems and eventually they will have to make the decision if he should be transferred to another similar carer that will tolerate his bullshit or move him to an actual institution (which probably won't be permanent anyway as they don't have many of them to begin with, they're only the clinically insane) or kick him out so he's left to fend for himself.

If he is left all alone he could just reapply for benefits again, but who knows how that will go, and he could couch surf with some weens/white knights for a time that would want him to hang around, but that's not a long term solution and Chris would effectively remain homeless for the rest of his life if he is even too stupid to just rent some shitty studio apartment or unit in a shithole town where the cost of living is low.

Good question.

Given Chris' current situation, I assume he'll be in a group setting, so staff are slowly getting used to Chris. If one of Chris' episodes, specifically the TMG one, is any indication, I believe there will be a female wrangler after release, since Chris has gone on record, and has a habit of listening exclusively to females, even though a majority of the time those females were fake. I don't know how Chris will take listening to a jerk male wrangler.

I think it's better for Chris to stay in a group setting if not to totally hang out with people like him and bring him down from his godhood delusions. If he's assigned a wrangler outside the mental hospital system, the first thing that has to be done to to establish housing for Chris, cause he ain't going back home again (I don't have proof, but I believe Chris' defense lawyer doesn't trust Chris to live back in 14 BLC with Barb). It's a long process, but this is to be expected after dealing with someone such as Chris and his history. Chris, per Bob, could have lived comfortably without a care in the world, until he (and more specifically his mom) fucked it up, and he later fucked her.

Odds are he wouldn’t be the grossest most obnoxious person in the home. Things are fucked up and lots of grody folks are swept under the rug.

bring him down from his godhood delusions.
Don’t hold your breath. Even if he really truly believed he was Jesus (and there is room for doubt), getting him to stop probably wouldn’t be a priority. Lots of people think they’re Jesus.

If chris did somehow end up in a group home situation the biggest issue would be his hoarding and toys. You usually share a room with someone, and you have very very limited space. You also have to keep your space clean, and usually you have a designated area (like a single shelf) for knick knacks. He will lose his shit if he can't live surrounded by a graveyard of toys and untouched lego builds with stacks of vidya and assorted other children's garbage. They also will not allow him to spackle the wall with finger paintings, he will also only have a small area for personal things like that as well.

It would be hell for CWC.

Usually you get assessed before being considered for a group home.

Like you said with Chris' weird penchant for lego, art and video games the assessor would take one look at him and move him on. Because of what his parents were like Chris is almost hardwired to hoard stuff, the approved premises that they find for him would probably only consist of a room for himself and a bathroom.

In the UK you're only allowed what you can fit into one suitcase and and a plastic box and even then he can't cheat system by filling a suitcase full of sticky lego bricks and video game cases as you have to have a set number of clothes and other essential items.

I would imagine that the US has something vaguely similar but wherever he ends up Chris simply won't have his toys or video games to recreate his hugbox. It'll be a huge adjustment for him on top of what Jail has done to him already.

However, admittedly I don't know if they can hold him longer than a year since he's in a mental health facility. I don't know if that matters or changes anything.

They can if they charge him with a felony. I've gone over the procedures and if they leave his charges as a felony they can keep him in the hospital for up to 5 years, after which they have to drop the charges. If he gets out of the hospital before then, they have to either let him go on time served or indict him (and if they indict him they still will probably let him go on time served, just with a felony conviction instead of misdemeanor).

Remember his charges are a wobbler. They are technically a felony but they can't be punished as a felony until he is indicted. Ordinarily after a year of time served they'd have to decide if it's a felony or not, but since being in the hospital might stop him from getting a fair probable cause hearing where they decide to indict him, it's possible that it stays as a quasi-felony for as long as he is in the hospital, unless they reduced the charges at a past hearing.

Chris' lawyer might demand that they drop the charges after a year since there's no indictment, but the CA can decide to skip the process and go for a direct indictment, though that is uncommon. (If there is a direct indictment then Chris can probably ask for an extra hearing in Circuit Court to refute the probable cause presented to the grand jury, since he didn't get a chance to in J&DR, but he still can't do that while he's in the hospital).

If the charges are dropped due to Chris being incompetent past the deadline, he can either be committed as insane (but they have to prove he is insane), or he will be let go as a free tard with some sort of arrangements for tard care.

He gets thrown into the slammer for a couple of years:

So far no indication of this. We'll know if it's in the cards for sure if he gets out of the hospital in July. Keep watching the Virginia court search around then and see if he pops up in Circuit Court.

He gets thrown into a Mental facility:

Unlikely, but possible. Once his court case is over, the requirements for keeping him in a hospital become stricter.

They decide "fuck it" and release him:

This is actually somewhat likely if he remains incompetent to stand trial. He could stay in the hospital for up to 5 years and then they have to drop the charges. More likely they'll work out something in July.

Chris has a bizarre habit of taking his clothes off a lot

Fat people do this to stay cool.

don't mental joints usually give the patients internet access?
it's usually the ones that are extremely dangerous to themselves or others that are completely locked out.
chris isn't a serious violent guy. chances are, he'll be back online in no time.
the reason he likely doesn't have it now is because he's under mental evaluation and observation, that probably requires some kind of controlled environment.
Unfortunately mental institutions forbid social media like Twitter for the fact it worsens, emboldens their delusions or make their depression worse, like severely manic depressive who aren't at the wheel or autistic people with hypersensitivity.

Twitter is a no go in mental wards for that reason, phone calls and letters are maybe. Chris' usual orbiters have hard time finding the soy tit clad fatso and send letters OR call.

Psychiatric wards have good behaviour system, since Chris is going through a felony trial that's right out, no extra privileges since he's a harmful influence on other inpatient loons and speds.

I don't know, the only reason I think he bought into that Jesus stuff because he lost the internet and mass media that caused him to glom onto those things. No more tranny stuff, no more ponies, and I don't think Chris even mentioned Sonic once in his letters. It's like his entire self image has to be based on mass media he consumes, and if he loses access to whatever media, he really does lose a part of himself. It makes sense when you consider MLP changing over to the teenage girl version, and why Chris was so angry.

Regarding Chris in a Group Home setting. Remember beds in these are limited and those running them do not have to accept true disruptive problems.

And here's Chris's big problem Classic Stripey Shirt Tard on the internet is a reasonably sympathetic case. And would pretty quickly find a bed in a group home. He at least appears to be a standard issue adult retard who needs support.

Modern Trooned Out Christine wut Fucks his Mom and corrects pronouns? Yeah there is no Group Home Admissions Social Worker that is going to let that hot mess near their facility. The only place that would take him in is one of those criminally evil ones that would chain him to the wall in the basement and steal his tugboat. Modern Chris is something out of a Stephen King novel.

Honestly, the longer we go without figuring out where he is right now, the better. As long as nobody knows where he is, cocksucking retards like Kengal can't contact him and try to play along with or inflate his God complex. The longer he goes without contact with internet people, the better chance he has responding positively to treatment.

The only treatment Chris might respond to is Electroshock. And then hus response is he will assume it gives him super powers.

Would they poke him with sticks and hose him?

Or would they force him to write Sonichu and break his ankles if he tries to escape?

Yeah, a "Misery" remake, where they go hammer time on his legs for lying on the floor and kicking the door. Then "Requiem for a Dream" where they hook him to an ECT and zap him to the extreme.

Hell, put the tard warehouse in a really rural setting and he can star in "Deliverance". reeeee... I mean weeeee!

Maybe a year as an institutionalized person with a limited amount of stuff has provided some conditioning. A little. Maybe.

No more tranny stuff, no more ponies, and I don't think Chris even mentioned Sonic once in his letters.
He was writing some of them in character as Angelica and he continued to refer to himself as a woman.

To be fair, that’s partially because it’s usually warm enough for them to sleep outside without dying.

My guess is at this point they are either thinking it was most likely consensual, or think that it will be hard to prove rape based on the evidence they have.

I will be surprised if they decide to tack on additional heavy charges now after almost a year.
The only way I see that happening is if somehow, whatever negotiations are going on fall through. I think both sides probably have the general contour of whatever agreement will result, and it's just a matter of putting it on paper at the right time, finding the right slot in the right tard home or whatever, and moving on.

I doubt they would delay the case until the eve of the deadline if they didn't plan on resolving it at that time.

Not even California has group homes for motherfucking troons.
sockness would beg to differ.

he and chris have 'intersectional' privilege. it's california FFS. the homeless #s are insane because insane chrises do indeed get prioritized.

we spend more money here ensuring our MAP catgirls are living safely and have advocates to help with disability filing and sex offender registration (!!!)
than we do keeping our senior veterans from starving on the street.

we allow them to pitch tents too.
